These people are simple first of all, no confusion very direct, they have contact details which is amazing so you can actually speak to someone, I personally didn't have to wait or be stressed, they are amazing at the timings, very swift and quick. If you are in business with Jigsaw then you will definitely be impressed.

From being offered the property to viewing the property and then signing for it took just over a month due to work being carried out Jamie kept me informed all the time.

There is so much wrong with our complect on foxhill road Carlton Nottingham i:e Cavendish court bullcote house ongoing since October 2024 key pads to buildings don't work all Interior doors on lock down like there is a fire witch makes it difficult for people with mobility problems as they are heavy to open.

Declan was exceptional during our process of getting our new family home, really friendly, reassuring and made us feel comfortable during the whole process.

Damp and mold issues being masked over for 15+ years they have a complaints process but fail to stick to their own policies and procedures during the process they do all they can to waste as much of your time as possible so you will give up, they would rather keep sending worker to do works not needed so it's cheaper for them rather than fixing an issue, they also like to try blame you for everything when on the phone I had one once state well cost of living crisis you won't have your heating on enough (which is not the case) had independ inspector out and housing officer just lies about the findings afterwards not worth the rent honestly, having to redecorate throughout every single year, any many other issues if you've had ongoing problems like me contact citizens advice like I have they put you in contact with a government backed charity that will build a case and push a claim thro for you (I'm currently in this process)

Kim the housing officer was exceptionally supportive . She has made my first time in a jigsaw property a pleasure . Workmen exceeded expectations prior to my tenancy signing .

Why do you allow tenants who dont have their own private space or garden to have dogs.
Communal gardens are for everyone.
And when tenants allow their dogs to destroy these spaces it will obviously cause arguments and bad feelings.
Especially when the person just doesnt care.
I have had this problem for over 12 months now and the grass area is now down to the soil

Recieved call from jigsaw team
And they seem to be acting fairly quickly to the issue and in a very timely manner
But the main sticking point is still.
Why do you allow pets especially dogs to live where there isnt a private space or garden for them
Im a dog lover,but because of where i live
I know its not practical to have one
