I rang the shop and got a lovely lady called Sian who actually opened up the box containing the electric fire I was interested in to check something for me before I decided to purchase it. I came away feeling as though I had gone back in time to the days of the good, old-fashioned customer service of my youth. I highly recommend this retailer.
