I had a great experience with Jewelry Point. Customer service was responsive and answered my questions about shipping and delivery. I have been looking for a natural pink diamond band for quite a while. I wasn't sure about ordering online but I decided to order from Jewelry point and I was NOT disappointed. It is beautiful and compliments my wedding ring very nicely, which also has pink diamonds in it. I am very pleased and would order from them again.

I purchased an 18k yellow gold diamond-cut comfort-fit band, and the ring exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent — the detail and finish really stand out in person, and it has a solid, high-quality feel. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Noticed the negative review below. Not sure what that it about, but I have bought several items over the years and Yigal (owner) has always been very responsive on the phone during business hours. I get lots of compliments on my ring and earrings. Just received my ring back after getting it polished under the warranty. Definitely recommend!

I have tried to call their 212 number and their 877 tol free number and no answer, all you get is," mail box is not set up " recording. I do not know how anyone reviewing this on line company can say they had a legitimate good experience...possibly if someone goes into the store but if there is a real store,...who knows as the contact numbers do not work...I would not buy on line from tis " company" ever.
