Staff very friendly and helpful.

Both members of staff I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and helpful, initially when I was booking the holiday and again when I had several questions I needed answers to. I felt they were doing their best to book the best holiday experience for me. My only disappointment was that the documentation wasn’t emailed to me and after ten days I had to phone up to find out what had happened to it. It was then sent out that day but I had a few days when I started to worry that I had been a victim of a scam as I couldn’t understand why it would take so long to email the details to me. I needn’t have worried however because everything is fine.

Have used this company many times for several cruises and always had everything organised well lovely hotel choices before and after the cruise.

Informative and detailed throughout the process of booking

Hi,
We haven’t dealt with Jetline before so this was a new experience. Pleased to say it went very well and a BIG thanks to Deepika, the agent we dealt with. She was very informative and throughout the process of finalising the initial/main part of our trip, i.e the cruise, she called on a number of occasions to let us know how things were progressing.

We have still to finalise details such as specific flights, hotels and extra etc, but it has been explained to us these matters will fall into place once flights etc. are available.

Great Cruise Specialists.

We have used Jetline Cruise before and always find the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful, and we will use them again when they advertise a cruise that appeals to us.
