Horrendous company with zero customer care skills. They bought Autovista Group and ruined it with automated everything including the staff possibly. Rudeness, lack of help and the worst part is lying to customers. The result is having to leave them due to their over charging, lying and general lack communication. Honestly, avoid any products under their ownership as you will just feel cheated and disappointed. They also do not care if their attitude affects your business. In fact, they just don't care and just want your money. They have ruined a product that a lot of us have used for a number of years. Shocking.

I would just like to say that I have been taking marketing surveys for many many years and I can 100% honestly say that taking a JD Power survey on any company's platform is the worst possible experience and a total waste of my time. I either never get through the survey or if I am lucky enough to do so, I get a message both ways that state that I do not qualify. Well, that was thirty minutes of useless time with no incentive to show for it. In the future, I am steering clear of their surveys when I come across them. My time is just as valuable as theirs and I sincerely don't appreciate how my efforts are utilized in bad faith by them.

I give up! Every time I've attempted one of their surveys something goes wrong. This time (and believe me, it's the LAST time) I took the whole (20-minute BORING) survey and then I'm told an error occurred, so I didn't get the credit! THAT'S IT FOR ME!

Absolutely racist! Imagine taking a survey and they ask you where do you live rural, urban, a suburbs, and then you get screened out when you say urban it’s very likely as people to color when you say, urban even more so Black people bam screened out, advertise the screened you out. They need to get some companies, unlike JD power that focuses on the Black people cause we don’t never qualify JD power amongst other major companies that provide these surveys really believe the Black people are uneducated, unqualified incapable of doing their surveys we don’t fit in a little circle. Just called me the N-word and let me know that you’re racist. It’s better that way don’t tiptoe around it just say it I can respect you more you bigot.

No matter what survey site takes you to jdpoweronline.com to complete a survey, it won't work & you won't be rewarded. Don't waste your time. After they collect the information they need, they'll disqualify you.

never take their surveys. their algorithms are so stringent.

i feel like they spam all my survey sites i use. need to be sued lol

Do not take a JD Power survey on any site! They will have you fill out the entire survey and get to the last page. They will thank you and tell you you have finished the survey. Then, they will not pay you. They are, in my opinion, crooks and scammers. They want your precious time and work free. I run into them on Branded surveys but they are on other sites.

Don't fill out their form! They WILL spam you!
