I had a bad experience with JDoc and they specifically confirmed that they had removed all my data from their system, including my email address after they sent me another customer's invoice.

They are clearly very unconcerned about customer data.

I am hugely disappointed to receive 2 emails from them yesterday. Beware.

JDoc has given me the best patient care possible. From the nursing care Leah and Nelly who are absolutely warm and reassuring to Dr Abelman who is compassionate, knowledgeable and deeply warm and caring, I can't ask for better medical care.
I cannot fault this practice at all. In fact they have gone out of their way to care for my medical needs. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Warning: I would advise caution when dealing with this practitioner. Their approach felt rushed and unprofessional, with little consideration for individual circumstances. I experienced severe side effects due to lack of personalized care. Please exercise caution. Dr Walter Ableman has a very poor approach at patient care. His nurse, Leah, is incompetent and inexperienced. The nearby NHS Practice @ 188 provides a much better service and customer care.

I am shocked by the way you are treating your costumers. I would also like to point out that Your receptionist Kayley was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone.
I booked with you in order to specifically get a french speaking doctor in order to fill a form in french. unfortunately that doctor had an injury and couldn't do it. Instead of calling me so I can make alternative arrangements, i came and been appointed a different doctor who could understand the form clearly.
I was only 4-5min MAX late to the appointment. The doctor did a few tests and told me that he had all he needed. i was then sent a message the next day saying i had to come again and pay another 165£ for the consultation !!! I am not even been told what other exams need to be done. This is ridiculous, specially given, JDOC decided unilaterally to change the doctor without asking me and also after I asked many times if the doctor had all he needed and replied yes with certainty all the times...

Following a cardiac arrest September 2019 followed by 7 heart procedures and 2 remedial ones have cognitive problems & co-incidentally problems with my vision. SCA UK is campaigning for SCA survivors to have aftercare particularly on the mental affects. I did not expect to be refused either a referral for help with my cognitive issues or a report as to what I can/not to to explain to others By JDoc as I have known Dr Abelman since 2003 but I had to produce copy reports which I could not do via e mail and had to wait to photocopy and pay but I was still refused help within 3 hours of my reports being delivered and obviously no appointment. My last e mail said I need help. I do. Dr Abelman was around when my partner died in 2009 he has always been good but now I am being told to pick up my handwritten (because can not see so good) and printed documents because they did not ask for them & no doctor wants anything to do with me. Normally you go to a GP if you are concerned about brain damage etc. There is noone after SCA which is one thing but to be told to go away as well is heartbreaking

The service at jdoc is exceptional! I called at 8.30am and was given appointment for a very short while later. The doctor gave us plenty of time and checked the baby thoroughly. professional and yet so kind and compassionate

I have been a member of Jdoc since its inception. Dr Abelman treated my recurring chest infections and cured many of my health issues leaving me with a better quality of life. Dr Abelman saved my daughter’s life and from then on I have entrusted in him and his team of Doctors at Golders Green who have always diagnosed and treated any health issues with speed and careful thought. I have had much reassurance for all my mental and physical health needs and there is just no other service quite like it. My family and friends have all benefited from Jdoc’s expertise and support. Dr Bhundia has a fantastic overall holistic approach and has treated skin tags without the need to go to a dermatologist. Dr Abramov is a very thorough, knowledgable Doctor who has been able to read x-rays and determine the same outcomes as the referred consultant. There is no place quite like it! Without our health we are nothing. A huge thank you to all at Jdoc.

Our family have been JDoc members for years and we have consistently had the best care from Dr Abelman and his team. He is such a kind and caring family doctor and excellent at diagnosing quickly. The service at JDoc has always been amazing - being able to get an appt on a Sunday is invaluable!

Went out of their way to fit me in and the care was top rate.

Great service and gives me enormous peace of mind as I can access fantastic GP at times convenient to myself without having any delays .i recommend this organisation to anybody seeking medical help

Great service when you cant get a GP appointment in time. 4 Stars only because of being closed on Saturdays.

even as Covid becomes a bad dream fading into the past, our local NHS practice remains reluctant to see patients face to face. And what about an emergency, or a consultation on a Sunday? you are joking of course...
JDoc has been with us throughout, live, face to face, emergencies, Sundays of course are no problem whatsoever.
The Doctors and staff are expert, top in their fields, caring, giving you time, concerned for your welfare, instant referrals to the very best consultants, X ray, MRI and similar appointments made, often on the same day.
Blood tests taken there and then, results emailed with 24/48 hours.
Compare this brilliant service with the sad state of play if one has to rely totally on NHS; there is simply no comparison.
How fortunate are we to have this facility in our midst.
How fortunate are we, knowing as we do that our lives are in the hands of the Almighty and His partners JDoc.

Would like to thank Walter and his team. Have really helped me through a difficult set of issues.

Rarely do you find both care and superb expertise so balance.

Excellent service, quick results

Easily booked day 2 PCR covid test from abroad. Very reasonably priced. Unlike most providers the test can be done on site. At the appointment I was dealt with a friendly, helpful attitude. My test result came in 6 hours only. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the Covid testing service - test results delivered early and required letter arrived soon after. All the staff pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!
