no follow up to complaint
Our electrician was unable to remove capping to install wiring as the screw heads are threaded, we have on two occasions raised this via phone, we've had 1 generic email with no follow up to assist. So far our pendant lights (which arrived 3 weeks ago) are expensive ornaments sitting on our coffee table. POOR.

Sorry to hear about the Polk Pendant lights that have had the screw heads threaded. I can confirm last Friday 18/08 we reached out to you to let you know that we had forwarded your supplied photo's to Telbix lighting and were just awaiting a reply from them to assist with a replacement set for you. We then heard back yesterday 24/08 from Telbix that they were sending you a replacement set. You were also called to be advised of this, as well as being sent a pre-paid label to have the pendant lights shipped back to us as well. You should see these pendants shortly! If there is anything else we can assist with, just let us know!

Backorder due to regulation changes.
Ordered an item that became a backorder due to manufacturer halting production to updating unit for changed fire Regulations. JD Lighting held order until product was released and arranged shipping. Was kept informed of delivery.

Delayed delivery and poor communication
Order placed on 13th October, but goods delivered on 07th December, just shy of 2 months. Worst part about this was, whilst placing the order, the expected delivery time was quoted at 1 week, which was acceptable. Poor communications during this time too. Had to call 2 weeks later, only to find they do not have the lights in stock and are waiting for delivery for supplier.
This just gets worse too, once they took stock and dispatched, you would have though this would have been put on a fast delivery system.....No, this was dispatched using normal delivery service.
