Ordered a Miele cordless hoover from J C Campbells as you were a recommended supplier by Which magazine.
Sorry I could only give you three stars as I waited waited over a month for delivery.
However I give five stars for customer service, Suzanne was very apologetic re delay and kept me informed re likely delivery dates.
Having read all the glowing reviews I guess I was just unlucky.
I’m very happy with the hoover.

Very good customer service.
Dyson Cordless arrived promptly however it didn’t charge, sent back for replacement which came by return, very good service and the best price I could find for this unit.
