Had not one but two poor experiences with the brows concession. Second appointment has actually damaged my brows, they are asymmetrical, over-processed and shedding. Very cold corporate brush-off in response from Jarrolds customer services. They’re not interested in maintaining basic health & safety standards.

This is a total joke as an outfit.
Zero customer care or customer service.
phone numbers where you hold for an hour and then is cut off.
overnight delivery of critical parcel needed, was booked for overninght and the the depot was made aware of how critical it was.
after cancelling the delivery just like that with an automated email on day 1 I did mange to speak to someone who blurted out that he was not sure he could get the parcel delivered the following day.
This is over night delivery......
so day 2 comes and indeed I get a new scheduled window of delivery in the afternoon.
I managed to find their online tracking with a map of relatime data of where the van was.
at lunch time the van was just 2 minutes away from me so I had high hopes.
an hour later nothing. and the reltime map showing the van returning to Norwich.
but hey, I got a new delivery window for the evening, so all should be well.
but come evening and I get the email:

"Your delivery was due today. Unfortunately our driver has been delayed and we can no longer get to you. Don't worry, we will reschedule and be back in touch on the morning of delivery."

and this is for my critial over night delivery.
I am so desperately sorry that these people are still in business and maskerad as a delivery company.
Be very clear when you order something - you will cancel the order if they use APC/Jarrold in Norwich.

Clearly they do not have capacity, organisation, customer care, people, etc. to manage a delivery service.
Stay way clear of these people.

I ordered a small Longchamp bag yesterday from Jarrolds and opted for next day delivery. The bag arrived at lunchtime today, packaged very well and it’s beautiful, very happy customer!The delivery company emailed me last night and this morning telling me what time they would deliver. I have ordered from Jarrolds before and have never had any problems

This review is about that odd garden centre place near Holt. The farm shop was pretty well stocked and the staff pleasant enough but the cafe was dreadful. Staff were rude and condescending. Overall not really sure what the place is for so won’t be going back. Rubbish!

Very poor.
Delivery promised as ‘overnight’ but early on the delivery day - a Friday - the company announced it would deliver a fragile food parcel 4 days late - on Monday.
Automatic email reply on Saturday morning says fragile parcels let on Friday will delivered on Saturday, but no update to website that still says Monday.
Useless company

I placed an online order for a Mint velvet blouse in the sale. I was hesitant to place the order as the trust pilot reviews weren't very good. I missed out on my size on the Mint Velvet website so reluctantly placed my order with Jarrolds. I placed my order on Friday evening and received it the following Wednesday morning. I was kept up to date and tracking was provided via their email. Really pleased with the service. Very happy customer. I will certainly use Jarrolds again

Daisy served me at the NARS make-up counter and was very knowledgeable professional and guided me to make the right choice of product. Very happy customer.

APC-JARROLDS. First order was delayed and then lost. At the same time a separate order was also delayed and lost. Redelivery happened at the correct time but arrived damaged, clearly dropped at some point. Personel on the telephone are less than helpful and enthusiastic everytime i ring. New items to replace broken items have been delayed twice and I won't be holding my breath. Staff at APC Jarrolds told me the agency driver won't deliver and another redelivery will need to be done or I can collect the package myself if I want too.... Will definitely ask for alternative couriers when ordering goods.
Delayed now for a third time....

Waste of time.Visit Dunelm instead,and save your hard earned cash on constant,better products that are cheaper and a lot better made, with a quality of customer service that goes way beyond these Cowboys!

Hats off to Nic Phillips for their outstanding communication. I placed an online order for several items, one of which was out of stock. I was duly informed of the issue, so emailed customer service to say thanks for the heads-up. Not expecting a response, I was surprised to have a politely friendly email from Nic. It's surprising how much difference that going above and beyond makes. Well done Jarrolds!

We have been looking forward to visiting for ages but were really disappointed.Initially service was good and we ordered coffee and scones. There was quite a,wait for coffee and it wasnt partucukarly busy but it duly arrived but no scones We drank our coffee..still no scones .We asked a waiter who asked someone else who then called loudly to anotherxwaitress " scones" .5 minutes later they arrived with no apology but again dosappointed ..very dry and dense .Not sure we will visit again unfortunately

I ordered three Barbour coats on two seperate orders with this company, the next day I received two emails to confirm the orders had been delayed, then shortly after another two emails saying due to stock errors they had to cancel all three items. How can three items all be effected by stock errors. Would not recommend.

After finding that Jarrold's was selling what I was looking for cheaper than anywhere else, I didn't hesitate. After paying, using my credit card, I thought it strange that the transaction was still "pending" on my banking app several days later.
Jarrold's, did actually email me to say they were "experiencing delays".
However, my credit card company has now cancelled the transaction!
I feel that had Jarrold's actually been able to fulfil the sale of the goods, they would have taken payment and not let the transaction time-out.

Arranged to pick up 4 big parcels 27/03/26 they didn’t get pick up so rang them on Saturday morning who assured me the monday. And they wasn’t picked up due to staffing issues

So i rang Monday told them i would leave them outside behind the hedge
Was sent a time that they would get pick up a 2 hour time slot has I wasn’t in i rang again and explained they would be and they said they would update system
I had a email later that day saying missed delivery driver came i wasnt in ( HE LIED I HAVE RING DOOR BELL AND HE DIDNT EVEN COME DOWN GARDEN PATH )
So then i had to arrange again so ( and pay a missed payment fee
So the was eventually picked up Tuesday ( i rang Tuesday to complain ask to speak to a manager operator said he was manger but later that day he wasn’t the manager just a customer advisor so he lied
And i use apc over night so the parcel gets to buy the next day
They didn’t receive till the Thursday 2 nights after they pick and 4 days after schedule pick up
Since then every time I tied to ring to complain.

So jarrolds logicstic are a bunch of liars
1 driver didn’t even come to my house
Was told he did but ring doorbell says different
2 was told definitely will get pick up next day. They Wasn’t tuck 2 extra dats to get picked up
3 when asked to speak to manager was told i was. Only to be told later that day manager on a course so who lied he the customer advisor in morning saying he was the manager ir the customer advisor in afternoon saying manager was on a course for couple of days

Visited the wine bar late afternoon yesterday, ordered two platters, (pate and cheese), side plates provided had greasy thumb prints - tables left needing basic wipe over. Salad dressing on one platter tasted of soap, so salad completely in edible. When we queried this with the server, she seemed uninterested and said it was maybe the leaves?? (There was no reason for both salads to be dressed the same with the same leaves to taste differently), no attempt to apologise or investigate the issue. We had to repeatedly ask for service despite multiple staff on duty and there only a few customers. Unfortunately this was all style but quality and service completely missing.

I had a meal in Jarrold's first floor restaurant. I ordered tomato and artichoke soup which seemed to be tomato soup with a lump of artichoke in it. The croutons were soft and so was the toast which did not have butter to accompany it. The price was ridiculous at £9. No wonder the place was nearly empty.

Ordered a single foodstuff online. Was unable to fulfill full order (only 5 out of 6 were available) which they were upfront about. Items arrived and they only had 2 weeks until expiry date left on them. These are items in jars that should last months. Will not buy from them again.

I received my radley bag so quickly and really pleased ,cannot get over the price of it. .its beautiful ,def reccomend Jarrolds and will def buy again from them. Habet
