WARNING TO ALL BUYERS: HIDDEN CUSTOMS & DUTY COSTS NOT DISCLOSED AT CHECKOUT. I made a purchase of a few items from this shop and paid an exorbitant shipping cost, then got a bill from FedEx for an additional $80 for customs/duty taxes. NOWHERE on the checkout page or the Shipping info page does it say this fee excludes customs duties and import taxes.

The only place this is mentioned is buried in Articles 4.2 and 17.6 of their Terms and Conditions — not at checkout, not on the Shipping page, not anywhere near the price breakdown or the “Pay” button. Unless you read a full legal document before purchasing, you will not see this coming.

Paying excess shipping costs and then getting ambushed with another bill weeks later isn’t reasonable, and hiding the disclosure in the Terms instead of flagging it clearly at checkout isn’t transparency — it’s the opposite.

Budget for the item, their inflated shipping, AND an unknown extra customs bill later, because they will not tell you that upfront. Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend ordering here unless you’re prepared to dig through the fine print first.

My order was processing for two weeks. I sent multiple e-mails without response. Only received a response after I opened a dispute with paypal.

The only shipping option available is expensive fedex shipping.

I think I got scammed for sure order something taking days to process and cannot contact the seller. There inquiry page just keep looping you back to the beginning. Don’t buy from this place

Very distressing experience. I ordered a combination, watch and pedometer for my wife, which was quite expensive but when it arrived, the catch was broken. I have tried numerous times to reach this company to see about either returning it or getting a replacement and have had no luck. No one returns my emails! I would be very careful about buying from the store.

The website offers a wide range of products but the prices are absolutely insane. That's usually about 2 to 3 times the price you'd pay in Japan, not including the shipping fees.
Granted, many websites specialized in japanese products tend to make you pay a hefty price, but this one is way above any other.
Besides, most of the products they offer, even the newest ones, have been on the market for at least a year. So much for a website with "trend" in its name.

Costumer service is terrible. They sell items from CHINA. Once you receive the items in the UK, you have to pay very high import taxes, and the shop also charges a lot of money to send the product by Fedex. I ended up paying too much money and got a product made in China. Very disappointing. Don't recommend.
