My experience with top-notch. Lisa and the entire staff is always attentive and make sure any questions that you have are answered and that your safety is always priority. If any issues were to ever arrive they are always handled promptly and efficiently. The homes are as advertised so everything is set with the correct expectations and the stats in the homes are amazing! Cannot wait to return next year as that will be my 4th time running through them.

The representatives at Jamaican Treasures Villas were prompt and helpful. They responded to my many emails and inquiries in a timely fashion. They did an excellent job handling last minute requests and changes with our reservation. Everything went smoothly from my initial inquiry about our vacation home.....to booking and paying.....to arrival at the property and our FANTASTIC vacation. My party and I were at Paradise Plum 7/16/2017-7/21-2017 and I can say we had a excellent time. This was our first experience with this type of vacationing and absolutely loved it. The property was immaculate and the staff was awesome. We will never forget how welcome they made us feel. Mamma Dee the housekeeper was excellent providing us with fresh linens, beautiful décor including fresh flowers on the beds daily. Magic Man the cook came through every time. He never failed to please. I can honestly say the food was awesome and coming from me that's a plus, because I am a excellent cook and very critical generally of food, but he definitely has skills in the kitchen and Derrick the butler was always aiming to please, he made our stay even the more better by always attending to our needs and assisting us with any and every thing we needed to make our stay comfortable. Shavar the driver was always available and made us feel very secure whenever he took us on a trip. I would highly recommend this experience to my family, friends, and anyone out there looking to have a first class Jamaican vacation. Thank you Jamaican Treasures, !!!!! can't wait to book another vacation.

My family and I stayed at Idleawile Rio Bueno Discovery Bay villa for 7 luxurious and relaxing days. The villa was just the right size so everyone had their own space but no too big so as to allow for some great family moments. We loved having the pool and ocean at our door step. To be able to kayak unlimited was awesome. The villa staff were great. The meals were delicious and their graciousness in tending to our needs and wants was outstanding. Thank you Brenda, Curline, Chris & Lenard. Thanks also to our driver Ferdinand who was professional and patient. He gave us history lessons of Jamaica while driving to and from destinations. I loved waking up and ending each day with the beautiful ocean in my backyard. Thank you to the professional staff at Jamaican Treasures who worked hard and was very responsive to my planning questions to help me plan a Jamaican vacation for my family and I.

The kelso villa was everything my family expected and more. The property is amazing from the layout to the view of the ocean while you're sitting on the sofa, it is decorated perfectly and has an amazing staff to match. The chef was awesome, she made everything we ask for and she introduced us to a piece of Jamaican culture everyday, callaloo, bread fruit, festival, we tried and loved it all. Our driver Wilson was very friendly and inviting, I expressed to him that I didn't want to do anything physical, so he made the day about seeing Jamaica, and he took us to a local restaurant (Ultimate Jerk) the food was good, but not better than chef Velma. I recommend this property and staff if your looking to relax and get the full Jamaican experience.

This Villa was perfect for our July Wedding. Lisa and her staff were so helpfully in finding us the right location. The pictures on site were just as the villa looked when we visited. Chris and the staff at the villa were very helpful in doing all that we needed and assisting us with whatever we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that another group of family members are thinking that we should stay next year again.

I did a lot of research before renting our first villa in Jamaica. When I found the one that I wanted it was Sleepy Shallows. I noticed that this same villa was available on multiple websites, and I contacted a bunch of them. Some of them actually never responded. But the one who did was Lisa at Jamaican Treasures. Never a canned response and always responded to my inquiries, so that made me decide to use Lisa to book this rental.

Everything was great! The only thing that I did not like was the internet access on the site. It was very hard to get reception.

This was one of the best vacations I've been on. The staff was great. The facility was to notch. The overall experience 10 out of 10. I HIGHLY recommend this place if vacationing to Jamaica. I'll never go back to a resort again when in Jamaica!

The villas are beautiful and are just like the pictures on the website. JA Treasures Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable about all the villas; very important when booking and one has specific needs! I have booked multiple vacations with this company and each experience has been better than the one prior. This staff will assist with just about any request you have and goes above and beyond to ensure your vacation is as expected. Top Notch Service... always! Thanks guys.

Really enjoyed the Thomas House. The staff was superb (cook, butler, housekeeper and gardner) and went out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted and needed. The nice thing about being in a house is that you decide when you want to eat. They had a large pool, beach towels, a beautiful garden and WiFi. The driver assigned to us was the best. Very patient. The owner even came over and brought mangoes from her garden. I would highly recommend this place. Took our elderly dad and they treated him like royalty! The services offered by Jamaican Treasures was the best as well. They went out of their way to find services for us and the process for everything was very simple and straightforward. The deposit came back quickly and no hassles. We recommend them highly.

Jamaican treasures was very helpful to us from beginning to end. They found us Willie who was the best driver in Jamaica. We would highly recommend using their services!

Wonderful home, wonderful people, and the best food ever. My only complaint is we did not have fresh bath towels every day, and linen napkins, especially at dinner would have been a nice touch.

Jamaican Treaures have never lead me ashtray. Professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff who are quick to respond. Provide as much or as little guidance as needed. I wish they serviced the entire Caribbean how awesome would that be!
