After waiting for a month for an order…
After waiting for a month for an order to come, Jackson's art will not give me any info as to what the problem in the customs (inspection, missing documentation etc.) is and what are they doing to solve it. No timeframe for resolution, no possible cancelling the order,...for them is fully my problem.

We are really sorry to hear about the delay, we know how disappointing that can be. All parcels are sent with the correct documentation and usually move through customs quickly, but as local authorities handle this part, it is sadly not something we can directly control.

Excellent support to solve a delivery issue

Trouble with wishlist
Added a clutch pencil to my wishlist, changed my mind so went to the wishlist to delete the item, but I can't as there isn't an option to delete.
Looked for contact details to email them, nope, no email address.
There is a message facility which I tried, twice, but the AI they use gets things wrong. For instance, I was told to go to the product page and click on the heart icon, that would take me to the wishlist page where I could then delete the item.
The wishlist item now has "2" and no delete option. I can't even reduce it to one as there's no "+" or "-" buttons.
I have asked for a human assistant, the AI complies, goes away and I get a message that I will be seen in less than 3 hours.
Things seem to have gone downhill at Jackson's Art.

Unbeatable Art Supplies Retailer
I have been using Jackson's for a few years now. Their products and quick delivery are second to none. There is no other art supplies retailer that I have used that dispatches and delivers items as quickly as Jackson's. Items are always packed carefully and they use eco friendly packaging. Highly recommend!

I have chased and been told I will get an email when it arrives but no one can give me details of when that’s likely to be . Now 9 days and still waiting.
