The product was great however the service I received from this company was absolutely terrible one of the worst company’s I have worked with in terms of service, I asked for materials that we no longer needed to be collected and I waited over a month for them to be collected and refunded and well as being spoken to so rudely by certain staff members when I said I was not happy after being told 2 times they would collect, and did not.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the product itself, but we're sorry that your experience surrounding the collection process fell below your expectations.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected vehicle breakdowns, we had to reschedule your collection on two occasions. We appreciate that this was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused, particularly as it delayed the processing of your refund.
We are also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the interactions you had with our team. Our staff always aim to be professional, helpful, and respectful. While we recognise that the situation was disappointing, we regret that our communication left you feeling dissatisfied.
We value all customer feedback and have reviewed the circumstances surrounding your collection to help us improve our service moving forward. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention, and please accept our apologies for the delays you experienced.

And honest opinion…
The staff were very helpful to an old man loading heavy bales of shavings
I would like to add I’m sure the shavings a few years back were shavings not processed. I preferred them when they were complete shavings but I still keep coming back.

Thank you for your 5 star review. We are pleased you were happy with the service and that our team could assist.
We appreciate your feedback about the shavings. While the product itself has not changed, the composition can vary naturally depending on the species and the sections of timber being processed each day. The shavings are not dust extracted, although improvements in our process mean they generally contain less dust than in previous years.
really helpful and prompt

Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear that you experienced good teamwork from our team. If there is anything we could have done to make it a five-star experience, please do let us know.
Once again your quality checking is sub standard.
Once again your quality checking is lacking as one panel was scratched in a couple of of slats but as I was cutting one panel short I didn't bother wasting time following my previous experience with your customer service.
In addition, (fortunately the same panel) one of the screws missed the target splitting the slat with a second screw inserted to fix it in place, leaving the spurious screw in place.

Odpowiedź od Jacksons Fencing
Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the panel.
Please accept our apologies for the scratches and for the mistake with the screws. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, as it helps us identify where things have gone wrong and improve our processes. We will be looking into this with the team to try to prevent a repeat in future. If you do happen to have any photos of the issues, we would be grateful if you could share them with us. We completely understand that this may no longer be possible, but anything you can provide would help support our investigation.
In relation to the screws, these are typically fired in using a nail or screw gun. It is possible that this was done twice in quick succession by mistake, and either went unnoticed or was not rectified at the time. This is something we will raise directly with the production team.
Thank you again for your honesty. We do take this seriously and will use your feedback to improve.
Kind regards,
Jacksons Fencing

Well made gate
Was very pleased with wooden side gate and the efficient delivery. Even the handyman fitting gate commented on the sturdiness and asked for Jacksons details to recommend to a neighbour.

Why I use Jacksons
I've used Jacksons several times for fencing, pergolas and other items. Their products are far superior to most other suppliers, with high quality timber and a good preservative system. I find their website and their communication excellent, and although delivery times are longer than some others, if you plan ahead it is well worth the extra lead-in time. The only downside is the cost of delivery which makes ordering significant amounts at a time the only cost effective option and not being able to obtain stock from a local supplier.

Second to none. Quality, service, price.
The quality of these panels are second to none, very very strong. Exceptional compared to anything else on the market, price slightly higher than average but worth every penny and expected with such quality. Was absolutely delighted with them. Isaak was great throughout and also the delivery driver was lovely. Already had 4-5 people stop me to ask where I got my panels from. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We’re sorry to hear the delivery experience wasn’t ideal. This is not something we typically hear about our delivery service, so we’ll certainly look into this further, particularly to ensure the driver is supported appropriately and that loads are manageable and delivered safely.
Your comments are appreciated and will help us review our process to maintain the level of service we aim to provide.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback.
