5* for customer service emailed issues…
5* for customer service emailed issues with another rotten post and it was confirmed quickly that a free replacement was ordered and delivered with 2 weeks.
I must admit I have been disappointed with the amount of posts now failed with 20 years due to rotting , jacksons fencing have been great replacing under their 25 Year guarntee but it has cost me alot of time with repairs. In hindsight now I would not buy wood posts again and wished I had gone with concrete posts.

We're pleased we were able to arrange a replacement post quickly.
We're sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the number of posts that have required replacement. This is rather unusual but it can be down to environmental and site-specific factors. We understand the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate the time you've spent carrying out repairs.
We're glad our guarantee has provided support when needed, and we thank you for your continued patience and feedback.
