I was overcharged. Did not notice until got home, called the store and described the problem (£45.50 less 30% discount should be £31.85. Got charged £39). I was told that they will check and call me back. They did and from here onwards the circus started. I was told that the item was mislabelled and online it is different price. OK, that may be but there is A PRICE in the label and I have no means of knowing otherwise. Apparently (from their words) the online price is £65 so a discount of 30% makes it correct that I was charged £39 (in fact the online price is £33 after I checked it). To me this sound that the legend is being made up as we go because 30% discount on £65 is £45.50. So the price charged and the prices advertised still don't make sense. There is no underlying price sticker under the latest price sticker, so this item has never been priced differently in-store. The sales person who called me run out of explanations attempts and suddenly told me that she was trying to explain politely but I am trying "rude ways". So, not having said one rude word and trying to explain that their explanation makes no sense, I was suddenly presented with such an argument... Wow. Now, I do want to be rude! But I won't, I will simply post me feedback and hope that other potential customers see it before they visit the store and spend any money there. Merry Christmas!
Worst experience ever, ordered in the end of November, still haven't got the parcel, nor haven't got refund. Costumer service is not supportive at all and is not interested in resolving the problem.
Diabolical customer service! Never received my order and almost 20 days later I have still not received a refund. DO NOT ORDER!.
I would like to give a review about how I experience the customer-friendliness of Jacadi. I sent a pair of pants on September 12th and according to PostNL Belgium, these pants were received by you on September 30th.
I am still waiting for the refund amount to be received.
I have already received several emails and no one has given a concrete answer. Even though I have provided order numbers, track and trace proof and article number. No one from Jacadi can indicate whether the pants have been received in the meantime. At one point it was indicated that the pants were not received by you. I called PostNL Belgium again and they indicated that the pants were delivered as a letterbox package on 30-9. I sent an email about this, but no response. Yesterday, 10th of October I received an email that they didn't received the return. Strange, because the post said that they delivered the package.
I really love your clothes for my children and I certainly bought from you for well over a thousand euros. But when it comes to customer-friendliness, it leaves a lot to be desired. There is no clarity on emails and there is no thinking along with the customer or thinking about what the customer needs. Pity.
I hope that Jacadi does something with this feedback and that Jacadi starts thinking more from the customer's point of view.
Very misleading. Placed an order which qualified for free delivery. I have now received an invoice for tax and charges from UPS. The transaction was in Sterling and the website suggests this is a UK company. Avoid.
I totally agree with previous review. If you buy from Jacadi UK website you will be unpleasantly surprised few months later with the letter form UPS asking to pay customs charges. It doesn’t matter what amount you spent. Jacadi customer service is so bad if I could give them no star I would. Avoid!
This is not a genuine UK website, despite everything they say on their website. UPS turned up on my doorstep demanding £80 in VAT and import duties, for a £100 order. An order on a supposed UK website should not incur any such fees. The response from Jacadi customer service was appalling, like they'd never heard of Brexit and bore no responsibility for being honest with their customers. Avoid at all costs.
