Does not honor its commitments

This company does not honor its commitments, difficult to get support.

I bought hearing aids less than three years ago. When I purchased them, they promised support and supplies for three years. Today when I tried to order supplies I was told they have been "complementary" but they were no longer honoring that. That is not what I was promised when I purchased the hearing aids. Never going to guy anything else from this company.

Updated: File a Compliant at the Better Business Bureau

Updated: I tried calling support again this morning. I got through after a 5ish minute wait. Support rep was very helpful and is shipping a new pair of hearing aids. Moving this review to 3 stars. Will update again after receiving the new aids.

I recommend filing a complaint at the Better Business Bureau. Those complaints are getting responses. I bought their Enhance Select 500 hearing Aids in March 2025 and am now having trouble with them. One had significantly reduced noise amplification and the other's stops and starts working intermittently. I'm awaiting a reply to my email to support from four days ago and am on my second 1/2 hour waiting on the phone to speak with someone. On the first call, I was told to try again later after 30 minutes and disconnected.

Update: I was also disconnected after 30 minutes on the second call yesterday.

Customer Support is Nonexistent

I have sent a number of emails to the Jabra Enhance customer support address using the built-in function of the iPhone app for these hearing aids. No response. Today I tried calling the published 800-854-2772 phone number several times. Earlier, I went through a tree of menu selections and was placed on infinite hold. Later in the day, this number has stopped working altogether.

I am honestly wondering whether this company is still in business. I paid extra for the three-year coverage option, but it seems like that was a waste of money. And it is noteworthy that so many other people are complaining about the identical problem of lack of support.

I wish I had read these reports before purchasing the hearing aids.

Customer service doesn't actually read responses

Customer service doesn't actually read the service report. They only reply with form letters, not having read anything from what you reply. They are worthless. I could have done better by just reading the manual. As it is I have to wait at least 5 days for any response, and when I finally receive it, it's just a form response, clearly inappropriate to my responses to their emails thus far.

If you care about customer support, avoid Jabra Enhance like the plague.

Customer service with $300 extra Premium package is terrible…

Liked that Jabra makes Resound hearing aides. VERY disappointed in the customer service associated with the Enhance 500 premium package. Only had them 6 weeks and one stopped working twice already. Customer service calls are not answered and requests for call back for troubleshooting are ignored. Only way to reach customer service is to call a sales person. Audiologist appts are 11 days out. Buyer Beware.

jabra enhance service is now dreadful

jabra enhance predecessor, Livley, used to be the gold standard in customer service. jabraenhance is one of the worst service organizations in the country. i am a long time customer and i have watched the painful demise. phone time holds always exceed one hour. chat wait times are often over 1 hr 15 minutes. call backs almost never occur. audiologist appointments (remember, you paid for this) are 15 minutes and if you need 20 minutes of help as i did today, you will be hung up on, as i was today. scheduling an appointment is often 5 days out, so if you need care, you can't reach them and have to wait five days. a hopeless situation all around. the aids are fine, the service unacceptable. try finding a senior manager to write to...they are hidden, good luck. buy with caution, know what you're getting into

I purchased the Jabra hearing aids for…

I purchased the Jabra hearing aids for my 93 year old mother. She checked with her insurance and the purchase was covered by a reimbursement as long as she went to a licensed audiologist.
Per Jabra, once these instruction were followed, they would send her the completed form. Total purchase was $1900+
After two weeks, she is not able to reach a support person, they have not sent the reimbursment form and they have already missed a ZOOM call.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. IT SEEMS LIKE A SCAM
I have not been able to send these back either as I cannot find instructions.

No Find My option in the app

Have had devices for 7 days and made 3 calls to phone support. Two resulted in 2-3 hrs call back time. One resulted in no callback for more than 3 hrs.

Main issue is their top Jabra Enhance Select 500 does not have a Find My option within the app. That option has been available on hearing devices for more than 4 years given their small size and high cost. I lost one aid 7 days after wearing and learned it is $195 for replacements and I will no longer have the 100 day free trial to return them. I don't want them if they don't have that feature?

It Started Off Good...And Then It Wasn't

My first encounters with Jabra Enhance were excellent, but I've not received responses to my subsequent inquiries (email and voicemail), and it's been a week now. The lack of response has resulted in my missing out on a significantly lower sale price on the device I was considering. If this is the service provided pre-purchase, I'm concerned about the level of assistance I would receive post-purchase.
