Incredible customer service, above and beyond expectations, fast delivery and lovely products.

We bought some outdoor cushions for our side…3 square and 2 rectangular in ‘storm grey’. Ordering was easy and we were able to follow delivery status on ‘shop’. They arrived within a few days, well packaged. Stunning cushions! So well made and the shade of the grey/white stripe perfectly complimented our sofa set. Immensely pleased with the purchase.

I ordered cushions from Izabela Peters twice in just a month.
I absolutely love the quality of the velvet, of the finishings. The fabric is very qualitative and perfectly marching with the description and pictures.
The delivery was also quicker than expected on both occasions: cushions arrived 2/3 days before expected date, very very happy with the purchase!

Very efficient delivery service and beautiful cushions but sadly have faded after 5 months. The grey background is now pinkish.
UPDATE Izabela Peters responded immediately to my concerns and not only replaced the cushions but refunded my original order. This is incredible customer service that restores my faith in humankind. I thoroughly recommend this company and their ethics. They deserve to succeed.

I ordered four outdoor cushions from this company but, whilst beautiful and extremely well made, the colours I had chosen did not blend with my sofas.
Joan was extremely helpful and arranged for me to return the cushions - even sending a prepaid label for me to send an extremely large package back to the company. I cannot praise the customer service highly enough. How lovely to still have companies that treat customers so well. Even those who have chosen to return goods.

Ordered 4 x outdoor cushions a mix of patterns all on grey background. They are beautiful. Im so glad I found this website. Fast delivery, vac packed when it arrived so didn't take up too much space. Ordered another 4 straight away. 10x better than my old 'garden center' ones.

Wow! What beautiful outdoor cushions! I chose the Safari Voyage print and am SO pleased. The attention to detail is amazing, the pattern is matched and consistent across the seams and positioned the same across each of the four cushions. I am absolutely delighted to have found this company and highly recommend them. Reasonably priced, great designs, prompt shipment. I could not be happier with my purchase.

This company has a great customer service team. When I had a query nothing was to much trouble and it was rectified immediately. I have ordered one of the wildlife cushions, the fabric is lovely, very well made and made in the UK. I would not hesitate to order from Isabella Peters again.

I was initially really happy with the service and cushions but one of the cushions is definitely not waterproof. The other three are as ordered - waterproof. I have contacted them twice but alas they have not bothered to contact me back. Shame I don't understand this sort of company mentality.

What a fab company to deal with very prompt service and the quality of their cushions is great. They have some lovely designs. I searched a lot of companies for cushions and found this gem. My order was fulfilled and delivered in 3 days.
