My card details were leaked. If you are wondering how I know it came from iWantTFC, it is because this was the absolute only transaction I used this specific card for. Everything was fine at first until I got a notification at 3 AM saying someone was trying to add my card to an Amazon France account. I can’t help but feel that Philippine sites aren't keen on protecting their customers or prioritizing data privacy. This card was not used ANYWHERE else, just on iWantTFC. Thankfully, the hacker trying to use my card didn't know the correct expiration date, so the transaction failed. Regardless, I had to freeze my card, cancel my subscription, and pay for an entirely new replacement card because of this data breach. Use this site with caution.

Do not recommend if you actually want to finish a whole series that finished filming years ago. And if you insist on getting a subscription, I suggest looking up how many episodes there were of the series to make sure iwant has uploaded all of them before you start watching them. So many of the series uploaded are missing the ending episodes, it's so frustrating!

All guest and TNT performances are not showing and cutting it out. I need to cut my subscription too.

I've had this service for many years. The real problems didn't start until this year. Obviously they've made changes to the app and my biggest issue right now is constantly being logged out every single day. My mother is elderly and cannot log in. Customer service used to be great, but now, nonexistent and flat out disrespectful. Sometimes I think they just don't know how to fix the problem and don't reply back. Then I started reading reviews and now see it's widespread. I would love to drop the service in a heartbeat but it's my mother's world. I hope they can get through the technical issues and then start fresh with a whole new customer service team.

This app of ABS CBN ruined the 7th Anniversary Concert of SB19 because of their poor livestream service! SB19 is a world class artist and they don't deserve this type of treatment. NEVER AGAIN! REFUND! REFUND! REFUND!

The editing of live shows Such as Showtime removes the entertaining portions that we pay our subscriptions for. Many of our friends are saying the same things. If this continues we will surely cancel our subscription. Because what is the point of watching. For instance, if you were watching a drama, and they develop the beginning into the plot, then build conflict. All of a sudden you are shown the ending. You would feel robbed of the experience of all that happened to get to the conclusion. The senseless editing makes me not want to watch.

Got changed to iWant on Roku

I have been a member for a couple of years now but the phone version even the Pc/Laptop for this has so much issues from unable to play videos at one point having to wait for a patch for it to fix itself and when a new patch comes in another bug that prevent my parents from watching from the app now it says unable to fetch license key. I tolerate this app because my parents love to watch philippine movies and shows but if i had another an alternative i would not continue to pay for this hogwash application.

I don’t usually write reviews but this just brought my frustration to the next level that I have to let other people know how bad iwanttfc service is! I have been a subscriber since last year with no issues until recently when we could no longer access a particular show “Batang Quiapo” and tfc is asking me to subscribe “again” for $12.99 in which I was already billed this past July 4th, 2025. Also, their customer service is very poor! I have been sending my concerns thru emails, FB messenger but I only get automated replies. I called twice and I was able to speak to 2 customer representatives on 2 separate occasions, they were polite and nice but after putting me on hold to check my account, the lines just cut off and I couldn’t contact them anymore. I was hoping at least I get a call back or an email regarding my issues but nothing! For this, I want to cancel my subscription!

Bad editing of each segments. I love tagokanta but need to show the entire segment. You can edit useless comments instead but not the singing portion. For. Sexy babe segment please do not delete talents or q&a. You can remove irrelevant ending where hosts are making their own promo. We’re paying our TFC subscription for watching them. Thank you.

I have been a loyal iWantTFC subscriber for more than 10 years, but I have finally decided to unsubscribe because of how disappointing their service has become. I recently subscribed to the GMA Bundle for the first time, hoping for a great experience, but it turned out to be a huge letdown.

The money I paid for the GMA Bundle was simply not worth it. They upload new episodes every two weeks or more, which is unacceptable for a paid subscription. What kind of service is that? I couldn’t even watch The Lost Recipe because I would have had to renew my subscription again before I could finish it—something I should have been able to watch long before my subscription expired.

As a first-time GMA Bundle subscriber, I expected much better. Instead, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I decided to cancel it altogether. It’s disheartening to see such poor service. I hope they take subscriber feedback seriously and address these issues.

Its a total scam!! I was victimized by this today!! The website automatically link to my account without logging in username and password! My daughter play my phone and she was in the website hit the upgrade button. I noticed a charge of my credit card for $ 227!! I login and cancelled in few minutes it was made and dang it! In my emailed they sent me that once its yearly subscription no refund! A total scam!!! Dont you ever subscribe! Disputing it to my credit card and reported that its a scam!!

I. Subscribed for the GMA bundle in order to watch widows war and pulang araw only to find out their episodes were behind. I used to have GMA bundle with bell and all those episodes in their websites are from last year. What a scam! I was asking for a refund and of course they have a non refundable policy. They offer me their other shows to watch which I don’t care! Anywhere you purchase if you’re not happy they will refund you back but not with their website. Thrash!so beware before you subscribe.

I cancelled my subscription but still they deduct on my bank acct its a stupid company and now i ask for the refund they emailed me back that cant refund

I was pretty much paying $12/month to watch a trimmed down version of It’s Showtime which is literally available at Youtube for FREE.

Here’s their reason why they trim down shows: “If you’re not able to do that within that viewing window, you might see a shortened or edited version. Most programs on VOD undergo procedural editing of content for general viewership.”

Shows trimmed down due to “general viewership”???? what does that even mean??

It just sounds like: Sorry, I know you’re paying but we cant give you the full content that paid for….

I told them about this, and all they did was apologize, I bet they won’t do anything about it.

Also, if I have to watch it live to get the full content, I might as well cancel this, and watch it live in Youtube for FREE.

Also, whoever developed this platform is SO DUMB THAT THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THE POINT OF VODs are. PEOPLE ARE PAYING SO THAT THEY CAN ACCESS CONTENT ANYTIME, NOT IN SPECIFIC TIME WINDOW!!

Paid extra for additional GMA TV. It takes months before they upload the continuation of drama series. There is nothing much to watch. Just a waste of money. The customer care service takes 100 years before they response to your email!

IWantTFC is genuinely one of the worst streaming experiences out there. The service both look and feel like they were made by an intern. On top of the impossible to navigate site, get ready to deal with constant logouts, never ending loading, and a big headache.

I emailed four times the so called “Kapamilya Care Specialist,” what kind of a joke! care Specialist?
Since, the first week of April 2024 and up to now I have no longer access my “iWantTFC” programs/shows, but yet ABS-CBN International 998-542290 CA, continues to charge and withdraw $12.99 monthly (autopay) on my Bank Account. I gave all the necessary informations I was asked for the verification of my subscription account, and yet they can’t figure out what causes the problems and not able to have access on any programs/shows. I completely can’t Login. Unsatisfactory result that’s all you can get. It’s a waste of time and money, considering ABS-CBN is a huge corporation, but when it comes to deliver the service for their customers, none of promises is fulfilled. No wonder the rating is below 3.
If I can give no star I will do it, but it is what it is. That’s my honest opinion.

It is a waste of money to pay for £7.49 for my premium subscription . Showtime is not downloaded in full they cut the show , so i decided to unsubscribed today i’m not happy anymore , i can watch showtime online in you tube with out paying the subscription. 😞 😩
