I ordered a present for Christmas. I heard nothing back and it had not arrived within a week. I then had an email saying that there were supply problems and it could therefore not be supplied. I understand this but they said that I could have a 30% discount on anything else I wanted to buy. I found something else and used the discount code given when checking out but it did not work and was not recognised. If you want to send them an email, you have to register otherwise they will not respond which I duly did but as of yet have heard absolutely nothing back from them. I really would not recommend this company - appalling customer service who are very difficult to contact.

Ordered an item on 05 Dec 25 but nothing has been dispatched 14 days later. Contacted the company 4 times (twice via messenger, once on Instagram, and once via their contact us page) with no response.

I ordered from this website on Sunday which stated the item would be on a 48 tracked delivery and that it should be delivered within 1-2 days and the order still shows as ‘processing’. I’ve tried to contact the company with absolutely no response back & looking at other people’s reviews they’ve experienced the same! I can’t even cancel the items due to the ‘free’ things you get which are just codes to get money off websites so I don’t even have that option. Don’t waste your money ordering from this absolute SCAM company!!! Happy to take your money but not deliver your items!!!

This is the second review im writing to complain about these thieves. Please look at all the reviews before purchasing from them. Customer service is non existent, they'll tell you your order was delivered when it clearly wasn't, then after two weeks of begging for a refund, they leave you short in the refund. Absolutely awful

Seems to be a trend of orders placed in plenty of time for Christmas but items not shipped. Placed my order on 6/12 and it still says “processing” and I am unable to cancel it. Customer service are extremely slow in responding. Under UK consumer law items should be shipped within the timeline stated or within a reasonable timeframe which is now not the case. Avoid using this company, Im going to do a charge back with my card provider which will ultimately be passed onto IWOOT but could do without the hassle… Avoid!

Avoid purchasing from here. 2 weeks since order date and no dispatch. They give you ‘free gifts’ which are codes for other websites that you have no choice but to take. This is so you cannot cancel your order as an item has been ‘dispatched’. waste of time customer service.

I ordered a Christmas gift 10/12/25 and now it's the 18th it still hasn't been dispatched and noone answering the multiple messages I've sent. They advertise dispatch within 4 days.

Firstly, no disclosure that they are, in fact, owned by Zavvi- so when trying to order through a different company it turns out they are the same (both with the same inherent problems!).
No communicdtion, no follow up on ‘customer query’ and must important, no delivery.
Will never use either of these two again & would encourage you to do the same.

Order placed on 5th December for Christmas presents. As of 18th December, the order has not been dispatched.
Customer service initially replied with a generic delay message, but after following up for clarification on whether the order will arrive in time for Christmas, I’ve received no response.
I completely understand high volumes at this time of year, but a lack of clear communication this close to Christmas is very disappointing, especially when customers need to know whether to make alternative arrangements.
I’m hoping this can still be resolved, but at the moment the experience has been stressful and frustrating.

I ordered a mug on 29th November as a christmas present and it still hasn't arrived on 17th December, I received two emails telling me they are looking into the delay but have not been told when I will receive it.

Ordered something well in advance for date needed, still hasn't been dispatched 9 days later!! Contacted help desk said I would have reply within 48hrs...still waiting!

And if ‘Kay’ reads this - please don’t pass it to the ‘relevant team’ who will tell me you are busy. Please just either refund me or get me my package.

I knew there would be a delay with Christmas on the horizon but this is beyond a joke. Ordered a christmas jumper that was advertised as 50% off with next day shipping on the 11th December.
Nothing turned up over the weekend so upon further inspection I noticed that not only was the order still "processing", but that the amount had also been taken in full (no discount). The company has no forms of contact beyond email and messenger.
Sent an email on the 15th and was told to expect a reply within 24 hours - still waiting. Facebook messenger - still waiting.
Now using PayPal to claw it back.

Got a free gift. Received email. Gift voucher had expired two weeks before hand. I contacted IWOOT. They said they'd get back to me within 24 hours. Heard nothing back. Now, I'm not holding out much hope of a response.
Got a response saying, "yeah, erm sorry" but still not resolved. No human contact as yet. Oh and an email today says that nothing has been sent, a week after ordering. Well the email was like 'We know we haven't sent your items. You know we haven't sent your items. We will not mention the expired free gift, someone will contact you, when, who knows when that will be' or words to that effect. So I've now got to go to town to buy replacement gifts and rush around because I was supposed to be there by lunchtime.

I receive intermittent “do not reply” emails assuring me that the my order is being processed and if there are any problems to get in touch. How? There is no option to reply direct, and service desk messages requesting a refund are ignored. The website claims the item is ineligible for cancellation.
Simply put: completely unreliable. I just want my money back.
