Trustpilot should allow an 0 so we, as consumers, can give an honest review. 1 implies that they did something right, which they didn’t. Ordered Christmas gift on 3rd December and still not arrived. I’ve now cancelled the order and now waiting to hear when I’ll get a refund!! My order number is 728147854.

Do not order from here. They upsell the great deals and the “guaranteed before Christmas” banners. I ordered on the 17th and the gifts never arrived.
I messaged them a few days before Xmas eve - no reply. Then I got an automated message that they still haven’t been shipped.
This really frustrates me, you should never sell goods and commit to delivery if you cannot fulfill the order, this is standard practice with the e-commerce space at the moment so you must have some mega issues.
Really poor… I can see it’s not just me who has had a bad experience.
Also your website is buggy as… get that sorted.

Ordered a novelty t-shirt as a Christmas present on 4 December. On 17 December received an email saying "Thank you for your recent order. We apologise that the below products from 728281062 have not yet been sent to you. We are following this up and will keep you updated on the status of your order." Having heard nothing more I followed up on 23 December and have heard nothing more. My order didn't arrive so I'm out of pocket with nothing to show for it and no explanation or apology from the retailer. Will never shop here again and would advise everyone else to avoid. I'll also have to follow-up up with PayPal/Trading Standards to see if I can get my money back.

Awful! Don’t ever shop here! Ordered my little boy Jurassic park figures and Funko pops for Christmas and they said it would be dispatched on 18th December. It still hasn’t been dispatched and Christmas is over now! So disappointing for people who ordered stuff for Christmas presents!
Sent complaint emails and the only response you get is an automated reply saying we are still working hard to dispatch your order! Tried to cancel the order to get my money back and told I can’t as they have dispatched my ‘free’ gifts which are just those standard gusto offers you get and you have to select them when you place an order otherwise it says you can’t place the order without rejecting your free gifts which I didn’t even want in the first place!
Absolutely terrible dishonest company. Avoid!

Ordered on cyber Monday expecting the item to arrive before Christmas, Christmas has passed and still no item has arrived. Terrible customer service who refuse to issue a refund and reply to queries

Very very late delivery. When it was delivered, items were missing. No updates to order on the account page. No reply to emails. No contact from customer service apart from generic messages with no bearing to the issue.

Would give no stars if it had that option....Have not received my goods even though I ordered on 13th Dec, they have taken my money and not sent anything.would not recommend and would not ever use again!
Update: have received my goods today, 8.1.26. Would still avoid using as communication very poor.

Placed an order for a t-shirt over two weeks ago. It never got dispatched, customer service is generally unresponsive and if they do respond, they don't actually provide any information about what the reason for the delay is or when dispatch is expected. Also can't cancel the order on the website due to the order allegedly having been dispatched despite customer service and the order page status indicating otherwise. I ordered a very similar shirt from another major website and received it in less than 3 days. I recommend looking elsewhere instead of dealing with this unprofessional company.

Placed an order on the 10th December, yet to be dispatched. Ive had 2 emails since saying "we know this hasn't been sent yet" but gives no indication on when the item may be sent? Having bought elsewhere now, I tried to cancel the order via their website, but apparently its not possible?
I've now sent 4 or 5 messages regarding the order on their website. All of which were apparently going to be answered within 48 hours. Not a single attempt has been made to get back in touch with me.
Kayleigh, appreciate you have a lot of trustpilot reviews to reply to, and I expect none of this is your fault personally, but please can you look into these orders?
IWOOT shouldn't have taken orders if they couldn't be fulfilled, and the team need to start working through the messages on your website for existing orders and refunding us all.
Where can we get in touch and get our problems resolved, is there an email or number we can call?

Still no response from them even though they replied they would be in touch and item bought is obviously not going to arrive in time for Christmas. Absolutely appalling customer service. I would highly recommend you do not buy anything from this company

Ordered a t shirt for Christmas. I didn't have an account so checked out as a guest. Payment was taken the same day and was apparently a Royal mail 48 hour delivery.
6 days on and no t shirt with one day left before Christmas and I get no tracking as I dont have an account. I tried setting one up, but it told me I had no orders so now resigned to the fact I'm not gonna get the t shirt. I appreciate its a busy time for deliveries, but 6 days for a 48 hour service you paid for is not good enough. I won't be shopping from here again.
Quick update, its now 6th January and I still have not received the item. All ive had is a couple of notifications saying theyre aware the item hasn't been dispatched yet, with no approximate time line of when this may be likely. I have emailed their customer services and received no reply from them.
I would like to cancel the order now but not sure they could even manage to do that successfully. I would urge people to shop elsewhere because the customer service and communication are just non existent hence i have now changed this to a 1 star review because I cant give zero.

Ordered something on 13 December as a Christmas present. We are now on 23 December and order is still processing. I have requested an update, received a completely separate automated update but no reply to my customer service request. I think it’s clear to see that this item is not coming in time.
Christmas ruined. Kids are crying. Missus has left me. Dog pood on my pillow.
Best to stick to Amazon 👍🏻
EDIT: 3rd January 2026. No update from customer service despite the below reply.

I wouldn’t ever touch this company again. I ordered a Christmas present over a week ago and it’s still stuck on processing. Obviously it’s not going to arrive in time now! I’ve contacted customer services via twitter, messenger and email and have had zero response!!! No telephone number to call. I want a refund for this order! Go elsewhere to order if I were you.

I ordered a gift on 4/12 and it was marked as processing. It is still processing and despite me requesting a cancellation and refund I’ve been told ‘it is too far along in the process as the parcel is packed and waiting for a courier’. This was now just under three weeks ago. Customer service is painful and not actually helpful when they bother to respond to emails. Definitely not recommending the site and will not be using again. Just need to get my £28 back now!
