Paid extra £1.99 for faster than free post, item purchased on a Friday arrived following Thursday. Received telephone call from seller to explain that items not held in stock and were bought in Monday so could not be posted until Tuesday. This would mean that if I had paid the extra £4.99 for fast post the earliest it could have arrived would have been Wednesday, perhaps Tuesday if posted on the day they arrived from warehouse, still slow. No problem with item.

A bit sceptical at first about this company as I`d never heard of them . However , great product , great price , speedy delivery , 5 * service . Have used again since , no problem.

Paid for next day delivery and had to call when it did not arrive, I was told they do not do next day delivery I pointed out the website clearly shows a cost for next day delivery that I had paid for, I got a refund on the postage, I paid using PayPal got the invoice and goods delivered, in the box a new invoice with £2.56 PayPal surcharge, I will now contact them re this charge that was not on my first invoice and I was not told about, I buy a lot of IT products for my business and will not use this company again

Ordered a new graphics card and couldn't fault the service and price.

This company has NO customer service whatsoever.

I was quite impressed with IvoryEgg's informative tracking and precise delivery time. Five stars!! They have a neat web site and its minimum of ease it allowed me to place my order. I thought I had discovered a new eBay/Amazon alternative.

How wrong was I. The outer box packaging for the UPS item I ordered had seen much better days and initially gave the impression it was a return item or perhaps been used. Basically, a really torn box with loads of tatty selotape all over. Still, not one to judge a book by its cover, I managed to eventually unpack the item and it appeared to be good as-new and works well (so far). However, the supporting CD that was taped to the outer box was actually broken! Now being an IT bod for 15+ years, I’ve had a few go’s at snapping unwanted CDs and it takes quite some force. So I do wonder what ‘forces’ that box had endured for the CD to snap AND it wasn’t a half-way clean snap either – it was snapped on the edge. Must of been quite a bash then! Of course, I know I can get the software from the web so not really too concerned BUT I did have a slight doubt about the UPS though – hope nothing has been knocked out of place inside! Hmm.

Anyway, I decided to email IvoryEgg with a lengthy yet friendly complaint hoping someone would at least apologise and make amends before I thought about placing my next order - I actually wanted two of the same item. However, no one bothered to ever reply back! In actual fact my email was praising IvoryEgg and was more positive than negative, and I really thought my constructive feedback would have been appreciated. So many customers get on their high-horse very quickly these days at the first sign of a seller's incompetence. I tried the nice approach and was totally ignored. That sticks!

Stay clear of this VERY ARROGANT company called IvoryEgg.com!!

I ordered a widescreen monitor and then discovered my PC wouldn't run at the correct resolution. I contacted them and sent it back - there was no argument or complaints that I had opened the packaging. I was so impressed that I bought another monitor from them even though it wasn't the cheapest on offer.

Ordered an Incipio feather case for my iphone 3GS which arrived in really good time. Not many sellers have this item in stock but found it at Ivory Egg at a cracking price. Will be looking to purchase other items from them hopefully in near future and would and have already recommended to friends with no reservations.
1 small piece of hopefully constructive critism, more product info would helpful as we dont all already know about the products we see on your site and would consider buying.
