I recently worked with Ivory to print my card game. Initially, I was impressed with their prompt and friendly communication. The quoting process started smoothly, and they seemed attentive to my requirements.

However, as I requested updated quotes for minor changes to my specifications, the experience became frustrating. I encountered conflicting quotes and delays in getting clear answers to my inquiries. Despite my repeated follow-ups, it took considerable effort to resolve the discrepancies, causing unnecessary stress and delays in finalizing my order.

That said, I appreciate that the company ultimately provided a confirmed quote, allowing me to proceed with my order. I am looking forward to seeing the quality of the final product, and I hope it meets my expectations.

While I value their initial responsiveness and willingness to resolve my concerns, I encourage Ivory to focus on improving clarity and consistency in their quoting process to ensure a smoother experience for clients in the future. If the quality of the printed product is high, I would consider using their services again.

Really great product as usual (third time I've used them).
Needed to chase them up when order was delayed, but they expedited it very efficiently.

My first effort as a tiny SME to make a deck of behavioural science cards to sell. So a BIG investment for me. The cards when they arrived were lovely. But the service was dreadful.
I rang and wrote beforehand about delivery- people who answered were charming. BUT not super helpful. Finally I had a delivery date... and I had arranged to have the decks transhipped to Holland for a marketing event at enormous cost. The day before *delivery* I got an email- not a call!- to say they couldn't source the card to do the print.
I lost 000s of pounds in sales. And a wasted empty handed Dutch visit.
A complaint got a 'sorry.' They must have known about the card for days... :-( If only they had said...
Eventually the cards arrived...they are lovely. BUT no one called to ask if they were good, or to say sorry about the sales loss, just a jolly link to Trustpilot...
There's lots of customer centred talk on the website... but it's just talk IMHO.
People advised me to buy from China- for 50% of the cost... and about the same turnaround time. Foolishly I wanted to support a UK company. And wish they wanted to support me...

PS you can probably see they replied below... and to be honest it's just more anonymous blah blah blah about customers and communication and transparency. ACTION is what makes the difference. And writing a reply on TrustPilot rather than calling even just to say 'sorry." When we make a mistake in our business- and we make plenty!- I always call. And suggest how to help and ask how we can improve.

Ivory remained professional, friendly and prompt throughout the journey. I love the quality of the whole deck; the cards, the book and the box. Everyone who has seen it so far has nothing but love for it!

The staff where helpful and patient, I felt they wanted to deliver me the best product they could, which had a few minor delays. The quality though was much better than I expected. When ever I show my cards to new potential sales it's a common comment on the high quality.

Would Use Them Again. Ask for Jess!

I would like Ivory Graphics Ltd, if they read this to give a Thanks To You award recognition, or possibly a pay rise to Jess, as she was the person who helped me through this entire process. So 5 plus stars to Jess for every phone call, guiding me through the templates and getting me over the finish line, although I am still waiting for my first order to arrive. I know it will be with me soon.

I give three stars today, as Jess was amazing, but she wasn't always there to help, due to annual leave, or whatever. But when her colleagues had to step in they told me my templates are wrong, asked me to redo them, and overall were not very supportive or helpful. So, it felt like my order details, requirements were not kept on file, or there was a gap of communication somewhere.

Because of this days and weeks were lost where I had to wait for a reply, or wait for Jess to return to continue my project.

Overall, the product within itself and the quality is outstanding. I'm happy that I was able to complete this project in the U.K and not CHINA. And I am looking forward to my next project with them.

Great experience with Ivory! I was deciding between a few different companies to get a custom card game made, and the initial responses and advice from Ivory, plus the information on their website led me to choose them. The help I received to get the design to fit the templates was extremely well explained and greatly appreciated. The final product game out perfectly; very nice card finish. My only regret is not getting more from the first run, but I will be getting another batch now I know the quality.

We set out to create a card game for prospective HE students and went with Ivory Graphics for our final product. One area in which they stood out was customer service. Ivory Graphics staff were quick to respond and clear in their communications, ensuring myself and colleagues felt looked after, prepared and reassured when making key print decisions.
