I genuinely wish I had never bought these.

Like many people, I was convinced by the adverts and all the glowing reviews. I had recently bought a Honda and thought this would be a simple little upgrade. Instead, it’s turned into an expensive headache.

My dad is a mechanic, so these weren’t fitted by someone with no experience. We followed the instructions, watched the installation video, and tried every recommendation when the windows refused to close properly. No matter what we did, the windows just wouldn’t stay shut.

In the end, we had no choice but to take them back off.

That’s when we discovered the damage. Both front window rubber seals had been marked during installation, something you only notice once the product comes back off. Even worse, my passenger window, which worked perfectly before fitting these, now goes up and down noticeably slower than it did before.

So my “upgrade” has left me with:
• Two damaged front window rubber seals.
• A passenger window that no longer works properly.
• Hours wasted fitting, troubleshooting and removing a product that never worked.

This is easily the worst thing I’ve ever bought for any of my cars. I paid money to improve my car and ended up with damaged seals, a slower window and a massive headache.

If you’re thinking of buying these because the reviews make them look like a quick and easy upgrade, I’d seriously think again. In my case they caused nothing but problems, and if I could go back in time, I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

Ispeed wind deflectors are good value and so easy to fit I would recommend ispeed to anyone after this product

Arrived two days late, tracking package nearly impossible. Actually arrived before it had left the last delivery agent according to the tracking information! That said, great fit, look good, but had to Google for fitting instruction as to the correct orientation of the retaining clips.

Product as described, Brilliant, fast service thank you

I placed my order on 13 July, and Evri marked it as delivered, but I never received it. I requested a refund, and to make matters worse, ispeed says I have to wait up to 20 working days while Evri completes its investigation. What a complete waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience.

Edit 9 August: the seller took the courier’s side, as expected and refused a refund - and the courier is Evri! Disgusting company and customer service, avoid!

Very easy to fit, 4 windows in under 1/2 hour. Nice not to hear the wind noises whilst travelling

Sent item short took around 30 emails to finally get them to sent missing items the numbers they never answered waste of time london for ya I supoose

Excellent service , great customer service I ordered the wrong item. Simple mistake but where more than helpful in helping me get the right product. And exchange was straightforward. Will definitely recommend to family and friends .

Fits easy and finish car off

I ordered the wrong size. Contacted them. They said send them back we’ll refund you. I sent them back how they said. Next thing I know they have been sent back to me! I’ve contacted them again & nothing no response at all.

The passenger side broke quality not good at all I ask them for replacement they ignored me

Bought t 4 for all windows on my mokka, i fitted them properly and checked they were fitted by a mechanic as well, few months down the line, both ones on rear windows have disappeared. No idea where or how but I'm presuming it was when i had all four windows down in the heat. An expense i could do without.

2023 Astra. Front wind deflectors are great. Rear ones do not fit. 2 Emails so far and no reply. I will not let it drop. Small claims it will be. Not bothered about the money it is now down to principle

Front ones fit great but the back ones a load of rubbish will not fit on the outside of my window not worth the money

I ordered a product on May 28th. I’m still waiting for the delivery on July 22nd. They replied to my first email about the issue on June 22nd but have totally ignored all other subsequent contacts.

UPDATE Aug 5th:

Four days after this review I was refunded for my purchase so at least there’s that. But no explanation, no email with an explanation as to why I didn’t receive the product, nothing.

I placed an order on June 24th, and after weeks of waiting with no updates, I had to contact them myself. Only then did they inform me that the package had failed customs clearance.

They asked if I wanted a reshipment or a refund. I replied immediately asking for a reshipment, but since then, they have completely ignored all my emails. I have sent multiple follow-ups over the past week asking for a tracking number, but they refuse to answer.
