I ordered from isme a couple of weeks ago and applied for the credit account, I was very pleased when they accepted me. There is a wide range of products and clothing to choose from on the website. After confirming what I choose the process was really quick and my order was delivered on time like the company told me. I receive emails every week telling me what new and about the sales. I am very happy with the company as not many companies are of this high quality.

I rang to order an item and the service I got from ISME was outstanding. The person whom I spoke to was so helpful in dealing with my order, friendly and courteous. The order was dealt with immediately and the delivery service was amazing. Would definitely recommend ISME without any doubt. Well done ISME.

Delivered promptly returns collected payment options fully explained great quality

The principle of the courier service is good but this is the second time I have used the collect service from local store and yet again very poor experience.
I received email update, as promised, to say goods delivered but when I went to store the assistant said they weren't there. Eventually find out that the parcels had been delivered to the wrong store, miles out of my way and I had to pay someone to take me out of my way to pick up.

Would be better if there was 20 weeks interest free payment plan

I orded four door wordrop n it was delivered but some part weare missing, some werar broken. I call in to report n I was promised some one will call me in three day time I wated four day no one call so I call in again and the person who I spoke to was very rule to me and said they can help me so I ended sending them to the recycling bins. The person told me her name but I can't say it know for security reasons. I will be very grateful it can be Solve thanks

I have recently moved to a new place as bought some furniture from here.
My first complaint is they cancelled my TV unit for no reason at all therefore it came later than expected. They tried to tell me I cancelled it which was ridiciolous because I hadnt.
I then went onto my account to pay when I noticed over 50pounds of delivery charges which I had not agreed to or let alone was informed of because I picked the date I wanted my furniture to be delivered.
I called to complain and ask why this was and why it didn't tell me online that I would be charged this excess amount for the day I wanted them to be delivered. The advisor then said again it does tell you but again another lie because they don't. They just slap the charges on when your statement is made up and hope you don't look into the charges.
No apology no refund so I will never order from here again!!!

Can't beat it ordered last night picked up this morning less than 12 hours from mouse click to pick up don't know how you do it, but keep it up

I ordered a lace dress when I went to pick it up at the collect + shop they said the system was down and had sent the parcel back.

I have emailed and phoned isme on numerous occasions still waiting for the dress which has been charged to my account.
Not happy at all.

As in the above title the sevice and delivery times are excellent. There is a huge range of goods to buy, not at the cheapest price available admittedly, however being able to spread the cost helps.
Overall a good company.

I love this catalogue it offers a great range of goods at reasonable prices. Delivery is super fast and returns are easy with 3 ways to send your unwanted items back. Brilliant service too. What more could you ask for!!!!

Ive only just discovered Isme but what a finfind.I love the fact I can order something and In a couple of days it arrives, free delivery with click and collect and I can spread my payments at no extra cost.

Order placed on 15/03/2015 for collection the following day at a local Collect Plus.

A few days passed and no delivery.

Contacted ISME and told that they would investigate and get back to me within 3 days.

5 days passed and nothing. Then a statement was issued a few days after that with the cost of the goods added !!!

Contacted ISME again and they had no idea where my order was, again advising me that they would investigate and get back to me - They never did.

My order was then mysteriously refunded (nearly 2 weeks after being placed) with no explanation as to what had gone wrong.

On my account's recent transactions it states "Items You've Returned" with my order listed next to it. I never received my order in the first place, so how could I return it??

Note to ISME: Perhaps it was your inept delivery company that failed to deliver it, instead taking it on a 500 mile round trip from the warehouse and back again?

It amazes me why these companies put so much effort into marketing and selling us things when the simple task of moving your order from A to B, i.e. from their warehouse to your chosen delivery location is an epic fail on their part and a complete waste of everyone's time, theirs and mine.

I won't be shopping with ISME again.... that's for sure.

There is a great range of products to choose from and very reasonable prices. Ordering is made so easy and products always arrive on time. Returns are made easy too i prefer to use collect+ as my form of returning items. Everything about shopping online with Isme is easy and making payments is too. Thank you Isme i look forward to many more years of happy hasstle free shopping with you .

I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM ISME...I always paid my account on time when I put any order in recently for a few xmas items even though a had a credit limit of £400's to spend, when I place thre order for £100 I had a Gent ring me that evening to say that my date of birth had not been verfified and that they could not place this order until this had been verified. I had already sent two letters to ISME giving my date of birth.......................far to much hassle for goodness sake, not worth the trouble, much better sites around with not any hassle. Unsubscribed straight way...
