I wish I could give a much lower rating than I have. This company is absolute rubbish. They took nearly 4 weeks, and countless e mails to send me out the completely wrong order. Avoid at all costs.

Goods more or less as advertised and arrived promptly and well packaged. I ordered a 100-disc spindle of CDs, but evidently that was out of stock so they sent me 4x 25-disc spindles at no extra charge. Well done! and thank you.

Ordered De Longhi coffee machine (a replacement for an older worn out one), price was best value I could find online, ordered easily and regular communication provided with regards to status of delivery. Only issue was our address was not correctly passed through to their courier ending in an error in first delivery attempt, but contacted Ishoppe immediately, address was corrected, apology immediately provided and delivery fee refunded.The product was exactly as advertised and packaged safely when it was delivered. Good company to deal with and would purchase again from them.

Excellent Service! Would shop again.
A friend of mine recommended ishoppe to me and I have to say I was pretty happy she did! I was amazed at the variety of stuff they had to offer on their website. I was looking for presents to give to my parents, brother and boyfriend. I called up customer care and they even helped me with my dilemma in choosing the right products! All in all very satisfied, friendly staff and great products! My boyfriend is really happy with his electric shaver!!!
No complaints, I'd recommend ishoppe to all.

Impossiblly inflexible and arrogant attitude. I ordered goods and payed by Paypal, funds were cleared by paypal but for some reason paypal said "unconfirmed address". After over one hours telephone calls with paypal, who said address was confirmed and could not explain why "unconfirmed address" was being flagged Despite many calls with Ishoppe and reordering the goods for a second time etc goods would not be released.
Fortunatly I ordered with another company and paid with Paypal and goods arrived.

The item ordered by you - Kenwood Chef Titamium KM010 - has the retail price of £449.99 which we sell at a discounted price of £289.99. Any item over £100 requires by law to be shipped at an address which has been confirmed by Paypal - should our customer choose to pay by Paypal. This is to ensure that the purchase has not been made fraudulently which safeguards both the credit card holder and also us, the seller.
You also have the coice of paying through your Credit Card via SagePay which automatically confirms the identity of the buyer through a 3D online transaction or use GoogleCheckOut which also has an internal inbuilt safeguard and checking mechanism.
With your 'unconfirmed' status on Paypal, we had given these alternate payment options to you. We appreciate you took the time to speak with Paypal and tried to order a second time but unfortunately this also resulted in an 'unconfirmed' status. By law we were not able to send the high-value Kenwood Chef KM010 out to you and we do regret we weren't able to service you at this time.

The heater I ordered arrived damaged on the wednesday. After an e mail and a phone call it was agreed that a replacement would be delivered on the friday. It came the very next day ( thursday ) just as my wife was due to go out. All in all it came to satisfactory conclusion but that may not have been the case if my wife had not been in on the thursday!!

After an initial problem with PayPal, ishoppe couldn't have been more helpful. They sorted out the problem and upgraded me to next-day delivery because of the imconvenience. Great customer service - others could learn from them! Item very well packed and delivered exactly when expected. Good company to deal with.
