Ordered 2 power adapters, they came the next day, excellent price anyway, but when I received the order, one did not work. I phoned the company, and they sent me 2 more within 48hrs! Super customer service!

I bought a coffee machine from Ishoppe at a really good price, got a confirmation email right away about the purchase and another one later in the day confirming the 1 hour time-window for delivery - and the delivery came through right on time. Prior to the purchase, I had a question about the model number and was able to speak with someone which never happens with Amazon who only provide an email address for their customer service team. The person on the phone was very helpful and since receiving the coffee maker - I've been thrilled with the product!

This is what online shopping should be all about!

No fuss, a fair price and no waiting around the whole day for a delivery. Like many others this was my first experience with Ishoppe and won't be my last.

Ordered yesterday, received confirmation email and arrived today - no fuss, no trouble. Great price, great service. Why can't all e-retailers be like this?

Agree with Ellis Alden comments cannot fault service and text stating the actual time of delivery (1 hour slot) brilliant. First time I've used this site but will definately shop with them again.

Web-site not adding multiple discounts so e-mailed firm.They suggested an acceptable solution and I ordered the goods on Tuesday afternoon (Xmas week).They were delivered Thursday morning @ 8:30 in perfect condition. This is the sort of service I normally only get from Amazon.Brilliant.

Bought a NAVMAN Sat Nav for our son, cheapest on the net. Money not taken from my card til the order was processed the next day, rec'd a text message on the delivery date giving time of delivery 12.06 - 13.06 and it arrived as stated.

My product arrived on the day I expected, and I was particularly impressed with the text message update I received stating an hour-long delivery slot in which to expect the courier. No waiting around all day - such a nice change from other delivery services! The product I ordered also seems ideal so far, so no complaints and I'd happily recommend this supplier.

I purchased a Cuisinart DCC2400U coffee machine at 17:00 and it arrived at 14:15 the next day! However the text message I received in the morning stated it would be here between 14:16 and 15:16 so they were a minute early :]!.
Also the coffee machine was the cheapest I could find it online and the postage only cost £2.50!
I will be back if I need anything else!

Order arrived very quickly, in two days! unfortunately the courier left it with a neighbour but did not leave a card to explain this. The customer service at ishoppe were very helpful and located my parcel.

I placed an order for a Beard Trimmer on a Tuesday afternoon for my partners birthday which was on Friday of the same week. I rang the company to check how long it would take to deliver. The guy I spoke to was very friendly. He explained that it could take upto 72 hours and sent me a link to check progress, however it arrived on the Thursday.
My partner was very happy with his gift.

received order wiyhin 2 days, but items were faulty, cover would not clip together properly when put on my iphone4. Phoned them straight away, they immediately answered the phone and was put through to someone from the shipping side.He said no worries keep the 2 inferior ones and put 2 more in the post of which i received lunchtime the next day. I was a bit nervous using a new company for the first time. I was very impressed with this company. I ordered the good on weds evening.... rang thurs to confirm delivery as only put the minimal postage (was meant to put recorded delivery). The chap Abi said that there was no problem and that due to the amount I was to have next day delivery - it arrived Fri with a text to confirm timing (9.59-10.59). I ordered the Kenwood 0023 and a coffee maker and it is absolutely perfect.... am so pleased with the product and the customer service was excellent with 3 text re. delivery status (even had a text 5 mins after delivery occured to comfirm receit of goods followed by a phone call by company. Excellent. would recommend. Please continue with this level of service as this has been failing in so many companies... you could do very well!! Keep the customers happy. well done

I placed the order night 12am. Morning 9.20am got a call from a gentleman Abi. Polite friendly and joky.....confirmed the order...dropped in an email at 11.30....next day i received a text about the time ...in the next 30 mins received the item. its been the first time i got such a smooth transaction....trust me this company is awesome and the staff no doubt he was the best in customer service...God Bless u n ur company....i would deal with u soon and rem Abi for the free delivery. hI received the wrong grill pan. It was not as described and returned it only to be sent another one exactly the same. This was not what I ordered! again I paid to return it as te returns label I was sent wasn't valid! I am still waiting for a refund despite returning the item on the 27th Feb. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE they didn't even have the product I ordered.
I am issuing a claim through the courts if they do not respond.

The food processor we ordered was £10.00 - about 30% - cheaper than on Amazon and arrived quite quickly. if ishoppe is British then great!

My order hadn't arrived within 5 days of it being despatched (Royal Mail problem). I called IShoppe & the gentleman said he would re-send recorded delivery at no extra cost. The original order arrived later that same day! Very reassuring to be offered such excellent service, when the problem wasn't even the shops fault.
