Amazing customer service!

My son accidentally knocked over the cable tower attachment because he didn’t realize it needed to be connected to the bench or seat. The cable ball and one of the pulleys was damaged from the fall.
I contacted Ironmaster about this and asked about replacement parts. Nienke from Ironmaster customer support came back quickly and very politely informing me that they would replace the needed parts under warranty, which was highly unexpected.

Way to go above and beyond Ironmaster!

Excellent service from start to finish!

I initially received a product with a scratch. It didn’t affect the use of the dumbbell at all, but it was a bit disappointing for a brand-new item. That said, the customer service team handled it perfectly — my exchange was approved immediately and a replacement was shipped right away.

I received the new item today, and it is perfect. The return process for the original product is also very easy and fully covered.

I also want to highlight that their equipment is truly top quality — you can really feel the durability and high standards.

I’m very satisfied with how fast and efficiently everything was handled. I highly recommend them without hesitation!

Unfortunately I have very bad return process with the Ironmaster, which resulted in of additional costs of 100 EUR. The company fails to enable proper return process, providing not realistic solutions such as asking customer to carry heavy XXL boxes to DHL parcel points - whereas the DHL point do not allow XXL boxes...
The company seems to be in its infancy in terms of logistics management, which is quite surprising, considering it sells heavy gym equipment. First and last time ordering Ironmaster.

I’ve been a customer of Ironmaster for years and have always been very satisfied with both the quality of their products and their customer service.

Recently, I had a small issue with an Ironmaster PRO Stand due to a manufacturing defect that made it impossible to assemble. As soon as I contacted support and sent photos, they handled everything quickly and professionally.

They immediately arranged a replacement without asking me to return the defective unit, which made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free.

This level of service really shows how much they stand behind their products and care about their customers.

Highly recommended — both for the equipment quality and the excellent support.

I spent € 1100+ but received incomplete products. Despite two weeks of sending e-mail I still haven't received the products thus rendering expensive equipment unusable!

I ordered:
Ironmaster Quick-Lock Adjustable Dumbbell Set - 68 KG (2 x 34 KG Dumbbell)
• This is € 700
• Neither screw nor handle was sent

Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbell Add-On Kit - 54.4 kg
• This is € 400
• I got the four plates
• I got 4 long screws

After contacting Ironmaster through three channels and waiting a week they responded they are very sorry, and they confirmed the missing items and...

Five days later I received:
• 4 long screws

I am still missing the exact same items:
• 2 handles (equipment is unusable without these!)
• 4 short screws

I contacted them again immediately last week, and still no reply! I cannot use my home gym when the handles are not there. I basically have 100 KG of unusable equipment!

Friendly AI-generated messages and subsequently receiving the WRONG items again does not resolve this. I don't want to waste my time with all this communication and being stone-walled!

Update: After letting Ironmaster know, I would tell my bank to cancel the transfer they finally told the truth. The handles will not be in stock untill Match! Any professional company would tell the customer that before sending 100+ kg of goods. They say I can send it back, but how is that even possible for a private person! Wow!

Ironmaster products are fantastic. I use their adjustable dumbells and plates, and both versions of their adjustable kettle bells. Recently, I purchased their Pro Bench V2 for my home in France. It is the nicest bench I have ever owned and I've owned several from other top-tier fitness brands. I like the Ironmaster products so much that I have them in both of my houses in the US and in France. The EU branch of Ironmaster is outstanding for customer service, responsiveness, speed of shipping. I've never had a serious problem of any sort and they always respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

Imballaggio veramente ben fatto con doppie scatole, nastro resistente, imballo di polistirolo e tutto insacchettato in plastica con bustine anti-umidità. Perfect. Fast delivery, excellent products -- built for life. This is my first time to buy a bench and only my second time to buy adjustable weights. The bench: absolutely beautiful and well-made. My quibble: the movable seat attaches perpendicular to the bench but not lengthwise so I can't extend the length of the bench. The weights: reasonable price, well-made. My quibble: make sure they're properly locked in place.

Binnen één dag geleverd. Goede kwaliteit en afwerking. Ook fijne knurling. Liggen super in de hand met trainen. Ik heb de heavy handle kit extra toegevoegd voor nog beter gebalanceerde dumbbells en een hoger start gewicht.

The equipment quality was very good and exceeded expectations.

Unfortunately i did encounter an issue with the transporter where part of my order went missing but IronMaster's customer support always maintained constant communication with me, escalated the issue appropriately, and proactively resolved the situation.

I would definitely recommend IronMaster.

Zuerst möchte mich für den tollen Kundenservice bedanken. Ihre Ansprechpartnerin Nienke war sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Die Ware wurde super schnell versendet (noch am selben Tag der Bestellung) und kam bei mir 2 Werktage später an. Die Hanteln sind echt der Hammer gute Qualität und auch optisch sehr schön. Ich freue mich sehr. Klare Empfehlung!

Customer Support is 10/10, delivery 9/10. They delivered extremely fast, BUT there was a few plates missing from the order, so I reached out to customer support and they made up for the mistake ASAP.

Besides that quality product, would recommend to all homegym users who want a premium product and customer experience.

Great service very rapidly resolve and fix problems...and Ironmaster items top quality...i will buy again new items for sure.

I have placed my order on Friday and the equipment arrived in Vilnius on Thursday. It was delivered on a disposable half-pallet and I had to take it upstairs to my flat piece by piece. All the equipment looks high quality. I am happy with my purchase so far.

During the Corona pandemic, fitness equipment has been hard to find, especially in Denmark, where I live. I already had an Ironmaster super bench, and was looking for accessories. Ironmaster Europe had everything I was looking for. My order placed on a Tuesday was delivered by haulier directly to my door on the Friday (3 days) from Holland to Denmark during a pandemic. Impressive. Unfortunately one large item was missing from the delivery, but customer services quickly dispatched the missing item, which was delivered on the following Tuesday. So far, I am very impressed and will certainly shop from Ironmaster Europe again.
