No one answer again. while they have debited your bank account. Please take care to your money and void to be scamed.

Irish Formations are a trust agency and follow Anti-Money Laundering regulations by collecting Photo ID from each Client and proof of address. When we receive refusal to provide this ID we cannot proceed. Our compliance officer needs to evaluate whether we can do business with the client. It is very rare that this happens but in this case we decided not to proceed with the engagement. The client refused to provide ID in accordance with AML and insisted we use an app to manage our AML procedures. We were not willing to do this. Unfortunately we decided to terminate the incorporation and gave a full refund to this client. Irish Formations continues to incorporate companies for clients all over the world and we have an open invitation for all clients to visit our head office and sub-office in Ireland. We believe this review to be vexatious in nature.
Prompt, efficient, cost effective
They promptly did what they said they would do. The fees were clear and reasonable. They kept us informed of when deadlines approached. Excellent experience.

I have used Irish Formation and they charged has hundreds of dollars in some automation which we felt is wrong. Feels like a scam. They took a year later more money even though the first deal was not what we needed. I can't get into more details but AVOID Irish Formation. Bad personal experience and now we are forced to sue them in the USA.

Medicore Service, Slow, not entirely awake and VERY expensive
Having spent just over 1500EU for their non resident FULL gold star package. It is now 4 weeks later and we have nothing. They have sent back a form already signed by me, to send back to them, signed ?
Yes !! exactly. Also they demand everything via snail mail and then let you know each "next" thing they need as the weeks go by. They do NOT even bother to give you the full list so you could of simply sent EVERYTHING.
Email responses are as and when and if there is something they simply don't want deal with they simply ignore you.
Update: and given 3 star over original 2 as Finally got Inc Cert/awaiting paper docs 6 WEEKS since beginning.

Thank you for working with us to complete your company formation. At the time of this order we checked all the outbound correspondence timelines and found that we had send requests for information to you within hours of the orders placed. We did in fact follow up but found that documents had not been signed properly and had to request further signatures. At the time original signatures were required so had to be reposted to us which added to the timeline. We aim to get documents to clients within a working day of the order after the name has been checked for availability. We did meet service level agreements in this case.
