Some staff are rude i have asked for help he refused in rude way.

Some staffs are not so good. They talk rude even the security guard.

No care for the residents around them. Students leave rubbish where ever they want. Take away food, general waste left most days, black bags, even worse at the weekends. Staff RUDE and do nothing, even when told, they just pass the buck and tell you to contact the council. Terrible care for local residents.

Do not choose IQ.
It is hella expensive (230pw for a share kitchen) and they’re very strict with having guess over, you’re not allowed to have guess over for more then 3 days and it has to be a consecutive night meaning that you can’t have guess over on Monday, Thursday, then Sunday night, meaning that if you’re in a relationship or want friends over it’s not suitable.
I recommend choosing Charlton or waterside if you want a more friendly accommodation.

My accommodation in lincoln has amazing facilities, events and the staff are so friendly. They make an effort to show interest in me personally and also cater to my dietary requirements whenever an event is on. I am on a first name basis with staff and feel very comfortable in my accommodation and trust them greatly. I’d recommend this to anyone living in lincoln as a student

I’ve really enjoyed living at IQ City. As a student in London, it was important for me to feel safe and comfortable, and this place honestly feels like home.
The rooms are modern and clean, and I love having my own space while still being able to meet new people in the common areas. The study spaces are also a big plus, especially during busy exam periods.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and social. I’d definitely recommend it to any student looking for a safe and supportive place to live in London.

Don't come to this accommodation. I was trying to look for people to take over my tenancy, I was able to find two person but none of them can successfully complete the process because of manual errors and glitches in their booking systems! It is terrible, and they keep blaming me for this!

Currently staying at THE ARCADE. They are unprofessional and rude. They keep doing fraudulent reviews on their google reviews, they keep telling students/tenants to leave 5 star reviews in exchange for drinks and other things. They have a lot of pests issues, they have a lot of plumbing issues, they wouldn't fix maintenance requests, they are really slow and they would blame the tenants and threaten to charge them (which is illegal) if it keeps happening despite the amount of evidence that has been shown that it wasnt the tenants.

Horrible Horrible accommodation I would not recommend any student to live at the accommodation in Kingston, UK. A complaint was filed about the state of the kitchen in one of the sections back in September 2025 and 5 months later very little change and the filth has gotten worse and is unbearable. Reach out to me directly and I will provide pictures and videos of the kitchen.

We asked to be let into the student block area to drop a lot of stuff off on a day where there was hardly anyone there. Was told no and so we had to struggle rhrough the locked gate back and forward multiple times. Lack of basic courtesy given that we pay a good deal of money to house our daughter here. Would not recommend this place.

The top UK accommodation, they had really helpful, kind and practical staff with an urgent response for all issues you have. They deserve 5 stars with their amazing room spaces and affordable prices as well.

Upon to your reply all complain has been done in the formal way for a mistake you put my son in who was not even 18 years at time very thing you ask even doctors letter all was sent to you so now you are here trying to clean you iq image Iam here to call to student home student and international student to prevent them on wating their money on your iq has open for your the iq interest not on the welfare and mental health of students.he are still traumatised Iam will coming to share more about even your solicitors and why the iq is still traumatised my son . Iam a mother with health conditions you know about how do you want me the leave my young stand in this . You put this poor to sign before the age of 18 and tell after 2 weeks if leave the accommodation they won’t any charges why the iq decided to charge him for staying their for less than a week and left traumatise by the small size of the room and the size of the bath and cold of the room and the position of the room is just at front of the kitchen in case of fire what will happen them children lives matters though and my son escape an aggression inside iq area where you suppose to put security guys and for some reason your office get empty

Pay very expensive money for live London Egham I Q accommodation.small room the room is not well ventilated, very bad air. Midnight very very noisy, and a lot of footstep sounds. Door smash bang bang …very noisy security is decorate call security is nothing help respond many time .the door lock broken not repair.say is repair done.live here is torment. Very terrible accommodation .

This is since the envoy worst accommodation from I Q London. It’s very Noisy at night time, can not sleep the room air is very bad? and No one control here. Security only decoration. Nothing to do? Even my bathroom faucet broken down.and room door lock is broken, I respond many many time still not fix? Staff manner very bad. Please upperclassmen don’t stay here, you pay very expensive money to live this place it’s not worth it ?

They market first class accommodation and then provide third class. Shameful company typical shark Landlord taking advantage of younger people who know no better.

Worst accommodation ever. When I arrived, so many things were already not working. The microwave literally caught fire and it took them ten days to replace it. The lift was broken for weeks. The bathroom fan stopped working after two weeks. Now the kitchen heater doesn’t work, and when I requested a fix through the app, someone came, broke the switch, and then marked it as “resolved.” It’s a complete joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Comfortable and clean room.Nice staff and nice facilities.

I have had the best experience at IQ house in Wolverhampton. Special shoutout to Habbiar, Amana and Martha. These staff members have been so friendly and very helpful.
