I’d give zero stars if I could.

Scam company who once they’ve got hold of your details will continually bombard you with spam. I keep getting sms messages despite trying to get removed from their lists several times. Will be reporting them for GDPR breaches.

We bought these coupon books for Christmas gifts and we were so embarrassed, we we did go to the paintball facility it was a joke. The guy running it totally disregarded them and charged us the same as everyone else even when I tried to show it to him.
Please do not buy these coupon books, it's a total rip off.

It is a scam. Don't buy your tickets here.
It wil cost you the same of even more than when you buy them yourselves.

Absolute rip off, never buy pre purchased tickets. I purchased 3 books of 10 tickets with a 3 year expiry date. When trying to book the center close to home they now state it is no longer a partner, yet their website shows it still is, instead they want to force me to travel and extra 2 hours of driving to go to their center and not the partner one on their website. They have dropped all the partners and now only have their single center. Absolute scam which I have reported to the government Consumer affairs, Never ever pre buy tickets they will then try to force you to go to their centres not the close ones and you can't seem to stop them

It's a scam, don't do it.
I saw these people on the streets and thought "Ooo this'll be good for my 17th birthday"
I went and bought 20 tickets for £60 that I was told cost £600.
I go home happy, thinking everything will be great, but when I call up the people they tell me I still have to pay for Paintballs, which is £10 each!
When we actually went to the paintball it was really not up to scratch, I've been to places like Skirmish and the one near Bristol and they're far better. This one had none of what was advertised in the photos.
Plus, I don't really know what my £600 worth of tickets got me? I would've expected free balls and extras for that.

And to add cream to the pie, when I went and aired my complaints the next time I saw them on the streets they told me, I quote... "What kind of deal have you seen that charges £3 per person for paintball and doesn't have extra costs"
You know what, it's true, and the fact that IPG continues to go around doing the same spiel every day despite this is criminal.
Don't go!

EDIT: Its also very obvious many Good reviews for IPG are fake considering how detailed the bad ones are in comparison.

My son brought tickets for his birthday for himself and a number of friends, from a sales person in the shopping centre. They told him he was getting a great deal and that he could only get the cheaper price if he brought the tickets that day. He spent over $300 on tickets that covers mask and protective clothing. So I rang office to arrange the event only to be told we needed to pay for everyones paintballs upfront, wich was going to cost nearly $600 at one place and over $1000 at the other. Now I don't usually have that kind of money just sitting around. So I asked them because we brought so many tickets can everyone just pay their extra paintball hire on the day. I was flat out refused. My son spent over $300 on tickets and they still wanted credit card details for an upfront payment. A friend rang the office to get prices and it turns out the tickets my son brought were no cheaper than purchasing them from the actual paintball place. So to cut a long story short my son was ripped off, and was told a whole heap of bulldust so they could get the sale.

I brought tickets on 23/3/19 for my cousin bday for 22 June
In July the rules were changing to for kids from the age of 12 but the this is only centre changed and concord didn’t
Appin is too far for us and when I brought it the sales person said don’t worry, concord will change.
Now I called up in July to book my cousin bday party but they said not now concord is not changing till September and then in September I called again and they still have not changed
I am very upset as I had cancel the party again
Twice my cousin is heart broken and the service on the phone is ridiculous no one wants to help
Why do they have that all centres will change but don’t
I can’t use these tickets I would like a refund for all this hassle
I want a called for a manger and get my money back please thank you

Be careful of this massive scam!! They operate all around the glasgow area and around the universities during freshers week. They lie to you and when you try to get a refund they suddenly have the wrong date of purchasing, wrong card number and will not return ANYTHING.

(Sorry for the incorrect grammar, I am from Germany so that is not my native tongue. Nevertheless avoid these guys at any cost )

Lies, Lies and more lies, was approached by a street scammer and i did not make any purchase was given the leaflet and told to have a think about it i gave them a response of no within hours. Then time passes by me thinking they know my thoughts i have no interest in the paintball, only for them to take 69.99 out of my account without my permission. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.
If you live in Glasgow they operate by the subway in buchanan street you must avoid them.

The sales ppl where great,but to book it they tell u something completely different then try to take ur money.
I cancelled it all upsetting a lot of ppl that wanted to go for my older brothers bday.
To get a refund is a joke,I followed all the procedures and waited 6/8 weeks,still no refund.
This was back in august it is now November and still no refund
ITS A FRAUD AND A JOKE WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN

My daughter was pressured into buying tickets at convention in Brisbane. at 16 she does not want to do paintball but was told by the seller that she could sell them online for a profit if she did not want to use them herself. I initiated the refund process but was unable to print the refund form (as required for a refund) as the print button on the website did not work. Tech savvy neighbour helped me out and we have sent off the tickets for refund. via registered post with a video of my daughter handing the tickets in at the post office. I have video of the sale as I was filming another character and my daughter is in shot. I now wait to see what "processing fee" will be charged to return her money and how long it will take. I have contacts at "A current affair" who are very interested in this story.

I am writing on behalf of my son, Cxxxxx who is autistic and disabled. On the 21.8.19 he was pressured to sign up for paintball sessions in the town centre by Dion. We were with Cxxxxx in the town centre but popped into Boots just yards away at the time which is just opposite. The rep would have seen that my son had obvious disabilities and that he would be physically and mentally unable to have anything to do with paintballing, but this street seller signed him up all the same???
UPDATE 14/11/19 Emailed twice,phoned dozen times no response! Now in the hands of our bank to try and get his money back! DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANISATION THEY WILL KEEP TAKING MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT! You've been warned!
Cxxxxx felt very ashamed and embarrassed about this and has kept it to himself. He has only just told us about this seller, or we would have contacted you sooner. He has no means of travel and cannot travel on his own. The closest is Kegworth, which is over 2 hours away. We believe that the paintball sessions have been mis-sold and a vulnerable disabled autistic person has been taken advantage of.
UPDATE: 8/12/2019 Managed to get a large part of my son's money back BUT,another £10:69 has gone to an account in Hong Kong????

Scam company do not trust, I paid over £180 for tickets, they said free 1000 paintball and any location. My son goes to book says he has to pay £10 for each player and only get 100 balls each no extra, read the small print!

I as to tap the stars to move on, however I am worried sick after reading all of these reviews, I bought my tickets from a show after the salesman started talking to my son. I paid 140.00 for 40 tickets. 20 of them have no expiry so free to use whenever we can, the salesman told me there was a centre near Castle Donington, I am now not sure there is. I also have an offer which I need to use by the end of today, but don’t think they will call me back to book it. I would very much like to give another review once we have been but dreading the whole thing, I wonder if I ought to quit now and loose the £140!

Saw them again today at Northwest mall.
I felt the need to talk to the mall’s customer service of how bad our experience was with them.
Months ago, we were refused refund despite obvious misrepresentation.

So not happy, I too have fallen for the big sale at a show. I said I’m a single parent and are you sure that the deal was all what was needed to pay out, I was told yes. It’s all done, no more money required. The salesman was drunk as he’d been at the country show all day, but his mate seems to back him up, no T and C’s were shown and I even asked for them. They gave me 2000 free bullets with the booking and was told that would be enough. When I’ve come to book little did I realise it was an all day booking, bullets can’t be used until the afternoon game. And I now need to pay £214 to book!!
What! Oh I cannot ask for a refund as it’s past 14 days! I believed everything they said, I even said that’s a too good an offer but told yes it was! It’s an amazing deal! Yes for a two hour game! Not an all days bank rolling money maker. Kids are so disappointed! BBC Watch Dog should get involved I think, I feel totally scammed!

So, I work for IPG myself and it really surprises me what people say on this , it is just ridiculous !!
We tell you all the details about the day out.
Obviously you've got to buy your paintballs when you go play ( everywhere in the world) and there is a 10 £/25$ pp pre-payment for the first 100 ( sorry if we want to make sure you turn up after you book)
People book after months and completely forget what we have said to them ( expecting a full day out shooting
unlimited PB with the £7/9$ pp they've paid)
What you'll spend on paintballs on the day is out of our control ( if you pull the trigger for no rrason) so don't blame us.
What else can we do to make these things clear?
Judge us on the service you get on the day, it is a brilliant day out !!
