J'ai perdu mon portable donc plus de téléphone évidemment et mes amis n'ont pas pu rentrer pour nourrir mon chat, j'étais absente pour plusieurs jours Normalement il devrait y avoir un code d'accès clavier !! ma fille ayant le même système avec appel sur son téléphone ou code clavier .
C'est intolérable
j'ai toujours l'angoisse de ne pouvoir ouvrir via mon téléphone pour une raison de santé par exemple.
Si l'on pouvez avoir un code clavier ??

ATTENTION NE FONCTIONNE PAS !!!
Depuis mon emménagement en septembre 2024 et nous sommes en Mars 2025 Cela n'a jamais fonctionné. Aucune sécurité tout le monde rentre... J'espère que ce ne sera pas facturé dans les charges ... Si Oui je contesterai absolument Aucun service Aucun paiement... Très mécontent système Obsolète.

The young man showed me how the new intercom system that has now been installed in my building works.
He was Very polite and showed me how to use the intercom system via my phone. I'm not Very good with new technology (being of a certain age 😂) but he explained everything in ways that I could grasp easily without being patronising or condescending as some people can be when explaining new technology to people of my age.
His name is James and he's a great asset to your company.
