I purchased an experience for my husbands' 70th birthday. I applied for the discount code and was received however I could not see at the time where to apply it and so paid the full price. Although this was acceptable because of the occasion, I was disappointed I did not receive the discount as suggested. I compiled and sent a review and chose 3 stars, not realising it was public view and honestly believed the feedback would be used for internal purposes. However I did receive an email within 24 hours from Emily at Into The Blue apologising the discount was not applied and kindly indicated that a refund would be processed for the value of the discount and has therefore resolved this matter to my greatest satisfaction! This is the second time I have used Into The Blue because of the great customer service received first time round. Thank you Emily, fully appreciative of what you have done!
