Horrible! Bad experience so far. I am beginning to believe one review which stated that they kick you out and use your profile to contact the opposite sex. I won't put it past them. No response to my emails concerning a suspended account. Please beware of interracialmatch.com!

TERRIBLE Customer Service
I signed up at the end of July this year and received a Service Agreement. Then I started having trouble logging on to the site, getting the "Username / email and password do not match" message, when I am 100% sure it was correct, then asking the system to send me an updated password, which it did not. On August 2, I wrote about this issue, and received no response for 10 weeks (not days, weeks), though I sent followup emails. Finally on October 26, Ethan from customer service wrote back saying my profile was removed from the site, feel free to contact us if there is anything else we can do for you.

Why did they delete my profile?? I didn't ask for this. It seems like they didn't take the time to see what my issue was and address it. I wrote all this in an email. No response so far. I have tried the phone number given in the email and it goes straight to voicemail.
I don't know about anyone else, but my experience is: this service is THE PITS. Not sure how the site gets such glowing reviews as the #1 interracial dating site. It's been abysmal for me. 0 stars would be more suitable.

Everyone please beware of this scam website interracialmatch don't sign up, they're scammers. Read reviews on them online. Thanks. They're gonna wait for you to verify your profile then kick you out of their site and then start using your profile to contact members of the opposite sex.
