Not a good experience at all, advertised as a genuine part so prepared to accept that and pay the higher price as advertised to obtain a genuine replacement with the correct connector plug and specification. This was opposed to ordering a cheap Chinese replacement pattern part at a 10th of the price elsewhere.
Unfortunately after waiting nearly 2 weeks for the item to arrive, we are very disappointed that the part supplied is not as advertised a 'genuine spare part' but instead a cheap Chinese copy pattern part that is readily available for next day delivery online at a quarter the price of what interspares have charged. Called their number only to find that option 4 'returns' does not work, so instead went through to sales and then told that they don't have a returns dept that we can talk to.
Sales promised to call us back with a resolution, still waiting for their call!

Initially I was really happy with my purchase, but after installing the new draw front on one of the draws on my freezer it keeps falling off. It’s the correct part, but it doesn’t appear to clip on as well as the original.

Brilliant service. I ordered late on a Wednesday and the new motor for a Howdens cooker hood Model No. HJA 2440 arrived the following Saturday. I don't know how that could be bettered.
I tried many other websites but it was only Interspares that had one. I have now installed it and it works a treat!
One thing that should be noted especially if you have lost note of the wiring connections to the terminal block is that the brown wire TO THE MOTOR is - surprisingly connected to the incoming supply NEUTRAL. This can easily be checked by the following resistance checks with a multimeter.
using the other leads from the motor allow 0 to 4 ohms each way. Brown to Blue 308 ohms. Brown to Red 250 ohms and Brown to Black 136 ohms. It is worth fitting a short blue sleeve to the motor brown wire as a reminder. I hope this helps as I have seen on other websites people having real trouble sorting this out.

Needing a replacement cooker hood motor, obsolete according to the original supplier. Inter-spares web site said they had the part, for a fair price. Ordered, arrived, fitted and working. Happy customer.

A door shelf in my LEC Fridge/Freezer cracked. I searched online for a replacement. I couldn't find one anywhere until I looked on Interspares. I rang and checked to confirm and was assured it was correct and made payment over the phone.
I received the well packaged shelf in a week. Perfect fit. Happy customer. Thank you Interspares. I would recommend.

First tap ordered in error - I ordered one for an electric boiler and not a gas boiler - wasn't obvious on web site. Returned but had to chase refund and replacement - but no problem once Simon was on the case! All ended well - just a bit of a delay.

Avoid this company! Ordered an element for a cooker, received no confirmation of order after 10 days I called them to ask if the part had been sent out and was told "it's being processed" the male advisor was not interested in helping in anyway and sounded like he was totally uninterested. After another few days and no reply to any emails I was told it wasn't in stock and they had to order it in, even though the website claims "all products in stock" when the element eventually turned up by 2nd class post after 2 weeks it was the wrong element they have sent so needs to be returned at my cost even though I paid postage for the wrong item. From start to finish Terrible customer service and just a generally awful service all round. Avoid!!
