I ordered a replacement dishwasher tray. It took two weeks for the part to arrive. After the first week and not hearing anything about the progress of the order I made contact and received a reply that the part would be with me in a week. The part arrived in due course by courier. Comms is poor, part good, value for money medium.

Part easily found and orderd,dispatched same day and delivered well within time allowed. Superb guys to deal with.....

I was looking for a fan unit for our old Howdens supplied extractor fan, about 15 years old.

Came across Inter Spares who precisely described what I was looking for (unlike some sites that only supplied the motor..for more money)

Awful company, they mislead a lie.

2 weeks after order was placed and two promises of delivery, they still dont even have the items.

If you dont want lots aggravation and time to chase and chase, then go elsewhere, they are useless.

Whether its human error or an IT issue, but an email confirming my refund has never arrived, and apparently the refund has gone to Paypal despite paying them with a debit card.

Order 242922 On the 8th of may i ordered a part that still hasnt been supplied. All comunication originates from the buyer and you then just get ignored.

Basically i sent £20.08 for an item for it to never show and communication be terrible. I still have no part and no refund.

Luckily for me its only £20.08 and not larger but how ever you luck at this its basically theft

I wouldnt use this spares company in a hurry again. Selling me parts they do not even have in stock, but suggesting they do when you order them. No updates whatsoever until i phoned them, and they said sorry the item isnt in stock, then to be told "but by pure coincidence its coming in tomorrow".
Then another 4 days pass and i then receive an email saying it has been shipped. That was two days ago, nothing yet.
Trying to get standard customer service from these people is akin to pulling teeth.

It was easy to find the spare I needed and fast delivery meaning I was back and running in no time.

Item packaged well with fast delivery

Ordered a fridge door tray 3 weeks ago. It's still not arrived. I've filled in their online form a couple of times and left voicemails. Someone phoned me at the start of the week. Put me on hold for 5 mins only to come back on and say he'll phone me back. No one has phoned me back. I've requested a refund from PayPal, but they haven't even responded to that. I want my £19.62 fully refunded. Do not buy from this company. As far as I can see, they have stolen my money. Other people have had a similar experience. Total rip off.

Then item I ordered took around 12weeks to be delivered I had to chace the the company up twice. when it arrived they had sent the wrong item. I returned the item by freepost after contacting the company the girl was very helpful. I said I did not want replacement item and found one else where at a cheaper price which arrived in 3 day. i had to chase up the refund which when I received it was £24.67 and the original Payment was £42.73 nearly £20 for return postage when the company sent the incorrect item. I will not be suing this company again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Called me straight back, gave great advice and dispatched the item same day. Really excellent service.
