This company are just brilliant, the pre sales advice followed by exceptional after sales support. Even on Xmas day they offered live chat to help set up the boys gaming PC! Whenever you need them, even out of hours, they make an effort to help. My son absolutely loves his PC and is the envy of his mates!!
Extra special shout out to James, what a hero! Superb service and excellent recommendations from him. I will happily recommend Inside Tech to anyone.

This is the second time I've looked at getting a PC from Inside-Tech. And you guessed it... I bought another custom build from here!!

I came across this company on Google while looking for a new pc, i was looking on amazon and all of the bigger pc companies and nowhere seemed to do what i wanted, i was being quite fussy about what i wanted and how small i needed it to be. From their website the live support person was very helful and they guided me in the right direction while actually saving me some money on the build i had configured for myself. This was just before Christmas and as most blokes do i left it right till the last minute to order it, they built it fast and allowed me to pick it up even when they was ment to be closed. I cannot fault the PC, it runs everything i want, Max Settings at 4k, all in a case not much bigger than a shoe box, there is little to no noise. I can't fault this company and the team from start to finish they have been amazing. Thanks to all of you for you help and advice.

I bought a gaming PC from Inside Tech in December 2022 and this year I reached out to them in September enquiring about a Graphics Card upgrade. They gave me some great advice and I got a new graphics card in December 2023. After installing it I had some issues getting it to work and I reached out again. Despite not having bought the actual card from them they got back to me straight away and after suggesting a simple BIOS tweak I had my new graphics card working.

Very helpful and supplied a very last minute Xmas order on time! Thank you

OUTSTANDING service all through received from Inside Tech and I have no regrets having gone with them for my custom PC build. James and Chris were great throughout the whole purchase process answering my numerous questions about specs and components I wanted. The PC itself was delivered on time and is excellent build quality-wise and performance too has been top-notch.

I am so glad I went with Inside Tech and I've been impressed with the level of personalised service they provide. I am also glad to be able support a small UK business that delivers value as well as excellent customer service. I hope they continue providing this standard of service which is hard to come by these days. I will certainly be consulting them for all my future PC related purchases.

5/5 The Inside-Tech after-service is fantastic! From assisting us to purchasing the correct media PC and helping us with a minor issue, they have been brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ordered a PC on the 29th November, and was told I should expect it around 8th December.

Unfortunately it did not arrive with in the time scales, and I had no update from the company, and my order was still showing as processing.

I made contact and was informed it would be shipped Monday/Tuesday the following week. Tuesday came and I still had no update from the company or their courier (DPD) to suggest my package had been collected.

This was a Christmas present, and an expensive one, and I needed to ensure it was in working order on the big day.

James was ALWAYS on hand via live chat to support even out of business hours, and Chris promptly replied to ALL of my emails.

The PC was eventually delivered via APC and I did get notifications, but VERY late in the evening.

The PC is amazing, it has been checked over this morning and everything is in working order. However it appears in the process of building my PC the case has been scuffed. It is on the underside of the front shroud... and unless youre eyelevel with the bottom you won't see it, but still a little annoying. I'd like to think this is just a one off.

Well packaged in protective boxes and air pocket/bags, along with the hard polystyrene (but thats the case manfacturer - would prefer the softer stuff)

But I think with correct shipping times and updating customers orders to reflect where they are in the process from initial order to delivery would help. As even on their site now, mine still says "processing". And of course a little extra care in the building process. Then I could give 5 stars.

I cannot fault the service I've had from Inside-Tech. My computer got knocked over whilst in use and stopped working. It was probably due an upgrade anyway as my son gave me his old machine which was 7 years old, but I didn't really know where to start as I'm not good with these things.

I chose Inside-Tech as they're based close to me, having found them on Google with positive reviews. The reviews are definitely reflective of the experience I've had!

After speaking to James, he advised me that the best way to approach my situation was to just replace the essential parts on my existing build. This meant that I was able to get a really good computer for my relatively basic needs (lots of web browsing, ripping vinyls to MP3 and some light word processing etc), whilst spending less money than I thought I'd need to.

By upgrading the components for me (which they were able to help do for me as I'd have no idea where to start!), I've now got a fantastic machine that is hopefully going to keep me going for many years to come. They helped upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 as well.

Bought a GPU waterblock from them, happy with my purchase, great company friendly and great communication.

What a great company this is I've put in two orders in last month for all the parts to build to pc's everything was absolutely spot on 5 Star. I've had a couple of questions they've responded within minutes and answered all my queries very informative helpful friendly company.

Delivery was very fast next day, packaged safely in a box that didn't highlight what was inside very discreet safe way of delivery expensive parts.

Couldn't recommend this company enough got a customer for life all my future purchases are done with these guys.
