Scam artists! When item finally arrived it was faulty, pictures on the cards are completely blurred so unusable. Have been back and forth with emails and all they are offering is a £3 refund on an item that cost £24.99 and is completely unusable. Have reported them to trading standards as item is nothing like pictured. Avoid at all costs!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 months ago and still not here. Apparently in London somewhere and not moved in 2+ weeks. Will be claiming a refund via PayPal

Wish I had read all these comments before I brought. Brought 2 wooden money boxes for my great neices for Christmas. 2 months on nothing has arrived, couldn't even find the email from the company.
My tracking says that the items are in Cardiff UK about 4 hrs drive from me and have been there for the past month.

Shipping company say they are in transit.
If I realised they where coming from the states before I ordered them I would of looked for a more local trader.
The website came up in british sterling.
Feel such an idiot for being taken in by a scanner

Ordered 2 money boxes in the middle of September, finally arrived today, end of November. Limited contact as never answered emails. Finally got tracking guidance when I raised a complaint with PayPal. Couldn't access the information as was being charged to access it.
Items arrived and such poor quality!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is disgusting, lie through their teeth, don't give a damn, won't give a refund for something that hasn't been delivered. Keep sending the same damn email over and over again even though I've told them off several times. My Grandson has not received his little Christmas tree and it's been in transit nearly two months to South Africa from 3rd October, it's in Alberton by the look of it but it's been stuck there days and days why don't they do something about it to get the package out but they reckon it in transit and I must be patience and track, well I've had enough of them they deserve to go bust that's all I can say. Just take people's money and run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a felt Christmas tree on 30 Sept 2022. Firstly they overcharged me so I had to seek a refund for the difference. Then I got a notification from their shipping company Yodel saying the item was delivered through my letterbox on 11 October 2022. I contacted Yodel to report it had not been put through my letterbox. They said they would investigate but then just said it had been put through letterbox which again I said it hadn't. Checked with neighbours,not delivered to them. Yodel said to go back to retailer Inquire which I have done numerous times and they just keep saying go back to shipping company shipping company say go back to retailer. Been going back and forth for weeks and still not received my order and Inquire just keep saying it is not their responsibility it is the shipping companies. Very, very poor customer service. So they still have my money for goods I have never received.

Don't buy off this site please they steal your hard earned cash

If I could give this company 0 stars I would !!! I finally received. To. alphabet money box which I ordered 1st September !! Very badly made. And nothing like I ordered. I would advice anyone not to order of this firm. They Are the worst company I have ever dealt with. £42 down the drain 😤

Paid for lights for under kitchen units which are nice lights and are magnetic they should of come with stickers and magnets they came without the stickers and magnets emailed them and just keep coming out with stupid excuses that make no sense then telling me to use double sided tape which is no good as you have to take them down every now and then to charge the lights I have asked them to send them to me and just keep getting told to use tape disgusting service won’t be buying from them again 😡

I to ordered 2 money boxes for my great granddaughters on 28th of September. Followed the tracking until it reached the uk on October 26th when it arrived in the Uk. Technically Belfast is in the uk but as I live in England we are separated by the Irish Sea. Today the 8th of November they are still in Belfast. Don’t believe a word this company says it’s a pure scam.

Its a shame there isn't a way you can leave no stars and go straight to the review. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering anything from this scam company. Ordered 3 letter money boxes as Xmas presents back in Sept. Quick at taking your money but not delivering the goods. You follow the tracking until ot gets to the UK and thats the last you hear anything. You contact them and get nothing back. I shall be contacting Trading Standards to see where I can go with this. Disgusting. I lost almost £60, in the current climate with the cost of living the way it is, people can't afford to lose money by scammers, im just thankful I didn't lose any more.

I ordered four educational ‘books’ that were ‘on offer’. The offer originally quoted gave % discounts on additional quantities but we’re not applied at checkout! I was already stuck in the site so continued with the order. I had no idea at this stage that the goods were coming all the way from YANWEN in China. I placed the order on 23rd September and it finally arrived today, 7th November, that’s 46 days to fulfil! The flimsy boxes, containing the so called ‘books’ were packed in a thin plastic bag. Consequently every one was so badly damaged they look like they are second hand. I cannot give them as gifts. I have requested a full refund but haven’t heard anything yet! Do not order anything from this company!

If I could leave no stars I could . Ordered an alphabet piggybank from my daughter back on 7th September it’s now November 4th and I’ve never received it . Absolutely nothing to confirm this item is been sent. I’ve emailed both the company that I purchased it from with no response and the apparent currier’s who have responded with the patient . Also charge postage when it was supposed to be free !!! If you like to just throw money away then go ahead and order otherwise avoid this company like the plague 😡

I order two blankets for my daughters for Xmas still not received them when I try email them thay saying it’s a wrong email address but thay have took the money no blankets can’t get in touch with anyone

I fell for an Instagram ad for a gift for a friend. As soon as I bought it and was charged a shipping cost that wasn't stipulated, I regretted my purchase. So I immediately requested to cancel the order and 24 hours later I got a "shipped" email from the company. I let it go, as it was on the way. And it arrived finally, looking like it had fallen off a truck and then been reversed over. Multiple times. Completely useless. I contacted the seller and they said I need to send it to them in China (at my own cost) for them to assess whether its worth refunding. So angry! Don't buy!!!!

This company is appalling. Do not waste your money. I ordered a felt Christmas tree with Velcro decorations and led lights for my grandkids and ended up being charged for two! I requested a returns label, via email, and a refund for the unwanted item and was told to gift it to a friend as the return postage would be very expensive! Complete scammers! And similar items are much cheaper on Amazon. If I could give this company 0 Stars, I would.

I ordered led lights from ad on facebook £20.no shipping fees over £12.99 but was charged £26.99,tried to contact them but no reply.no happy.

I’ve ordered two blankets for my kids they took my money and I’ve received nothing saying I’ve not placed an order when I’ve checked PayPal the money has been take. The company is called inquirefor I’ve tried contacting them but had no luck. The things I ordered was Xmas gifts for my daughter and son I’m so angry that this company has done this

Selling faulty goods won’t refund only offered 1/4 of cost - do not buy off this rip off website
