Ordered from inocencia just before Christmas and with the postal strikes i was quite anxious that my parcel may not arrive on time. Inocencia kept me informed of my goods progress and when to expect delivery...it came well in time for Christmas as they said. Am very happy with the the goods and their service. Not Happy! I went especially to collect on Sat 3…
I went especially to collect on Sat 3 Dec, having paid petrol and parking, only to find not open at 1110 when opening is from 1100hrs. Not Happy!

Good price/eternal shipping time
Good price, good customer care, slow to ship, eternal shipping time to Italy, baddest Italian currier selected (poste italiane).
My advise is to change currier to DHL or similar as they are faster on custom clearence and they tell you custom costs in advise differently from Poste Italiane who ask you money on the door without advise you first.
