Very good experience with IRG Pontypridd. Excellent repair work (door and wing mirror) and very friendly and helpful staff.

I had my car in for repair on the 24/02/2026 and I had I had two cans of body spray stolen from the back seat of my car and they were expensive ones from Christian Dior it's the last time I go there. It was in whittle road Cardiff and the cans of body spray cost £45 each and there is still a smell of oil in the car even today , and the image's are wrong, it's not what you expect from a car repair dealer and I don't have the receipts required for you and there is no sight of the two cans of body spray not even the lynx body spray you mentioned in your reply to my review the car still smells of oil and WD 40 even though it's been a few days now also I phoned them up and they said they would call me back but they didn't get back to me which is no surprise to me

I brought my Passat in a week ago and received notification yesterday that the work was completed. The results are outstanding; the vehicle now appears brand new. I particularly appreciate the consistent communication throughout the process and the complimentary valet service provided before collection. This was an excellent and highly professional service.

So impressed how quick my claim was dealt with and my car was collected ready for repair.

Firstly their organisation and communication are no existent, secondly the car was returned in an unsafe condition, went back and had the problem put right and returned again with no excuses or apologies, have contacted the AA as it was supposed to be their approved repairers to complain.

Tristan who delivered the courtesy car and collected my vehicle, kirsty on reception and the repair manager who showed me my repair all were courteous warm and helpful. The whole process of getting my car repaired was great from the time I delivered it , right through to collection was first class.I was told it would take about 1 week , and I had the car back in 4 days.
The work looks superb and the customer care offered by Gemma was also first class

From the initial contact to vehicle handover post repair, the team were great. Communication was well maintained both verbally via online repair tracker. Courtesy car immediately available, and so far the repair seems to have been carried out to a high standard.
