Hello Ben,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are, of course, more than happy to exchange or refund incorrectly ordered tubes.
On our website under 'Guides and Help' there is a link to 'Cancellations, refunds and returns' and there you will find a returns form that can be filled out.
Otherwise you can email us info@innertubeshop.com and we can organise a returns form there for you.
Hope that is of help.
Kind Regards
Shirley
spot on!
ordered, paid, delivered within 2-3 and the price was amazing compared to everyone else. Not used the inner tubes yet as need for a holiday but cannot grumble with service / quality thus far. will definitely re-order through these guys.

very prompt: pity they sent the wrong size.
Good value. Ordered delivered very quickly.
But I ordered 25-28 mm tubes and got 18-25 ones instead.
As they will fit, I didn't send them back

Hello Peter,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am so sorry that you received the incorrect tubes, which I can only assume was a picking error in our warehouse.
I will of course arrange for the correct sized tubes to be sent out to you 1st Class.
Many apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards

Thank you for your feedback.
I am really very sorry for the trouble you have had.
Our tubes are made to a high quality, and this is certainly not something that we would expect to happen.
I will of course organise a refund for you and also get in touch by e-mail so that we can resolve the issue and find out a little more as to how the tubes have failed.
Once again many apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards
Shirley
10 pack tube bundle. Value and quality for less money.
I have always bought my 700x23c tubes from innertube shoo and never had any faults develop in them. Recently needed another supply but the 60mm presta were out of stock. Phoned up to see when they would be available and talked to a member of staff who was very helpful. Would definatly recommend innertube shoobto others. 10 out of 10
