The cartridge they sent didn't work but they were quick to respond to my email about the situation.

Everything I tried to get their HP902XL cartridge to work in my HP 6962 printer did NOT work. I have spent several hours and am completely frustrated. When I try to get to their customer service on the web, I only get "We only accept orders from North America", well, Augusta GA is in north america. It is not worth the $13 price to have all of these headaches. Also, SCREW HP for not accepting non HP cartridges.

The order you sent me does not work in my Workforce printer 3820 and I would like to return the ink and get a refund on my credit card. Order # 5104596

Place an order with ink farm 4/30/23 for ink for my HP tank printer. 6 bottles total. When the shipment arrived there were 12 wrong bottles and nothing I ordered. Requested they provide me with a prepaid return label which they did. Returned everything in the original box and original condition on 5/11/23. They received the package back on 5/15/23 at 9:50am. This is now 6/16/23 and my credit card has still not been refunded. No response to my email, voice messages go unreturned. Buy your ink somewhere else!!!

Sent wrong cartridges twice. Did not return phone call to customer service. Required information already sent to them by email asking for correct order which was placed online and had invoice associated with it wasting valuable time. Slowed down testing of high end printer for which I had a buyer. going to have my bank reverse charges and throw away cartridges they sent me. they have cost me money and time.

Watch out for INK Farm. Many of their review are not correct or true. They refuse to return calls on orders taken which they claim they did not receive. I called and no answer and have requested to email me back. Did receive on call back but denied giving me their email address. I paid by check - Maybe they are trying to get credit card info for manipulation purposes. I do not know for sure. Be cautious.

Paced an order on April 6th for a HP cartridge, the order was accepted and no note that there may be a delay of any form. I called April 20th after not hearing from them or any update and was told that now 14 days after the order date it has not shipped yet.
I was also told that they did not have the cartridge that they sold me and would eventually get around to sending it to a drop shipper.
Good example why you should not try and sell stuff you do not actually have.

No email shipping info. sent to me, Will not answer emails, Will not answer phone calls, Pay extra and buy original product else where Had to file complaint with paypal but have to wait for results

So far from order I put in Yesterday (Sunday the 20th).
No email or saying when it will ship, Phone service is terrible, no one there bothers to answer phone and the voice mail box is full ( 4 attempts). I recommend avoiding this company with lousy service like this, though they did accept my money from paypal, Maybe they are just crooks and scam artists, seems that way so far.
Update, they finally did answer an email, but don't waste time trying to call them.
Update: I did receive the order. and they did provde tracking information. Still leery ordering again if cannot contact by phone if something goes wrong

I bought cartridges for my Epson SP-830 and they didn't work. Inkfarm said they'd send me a prepaid shipping label but never did. They ignored my emails. Phone calls were unanswered. I sent the cartridges back at my own expense. Crickets. No refund.

ordered a replacement black ink cartridge for my Epson printer and it lasted long enough to print one sheet of paper.

received my ink printed 2 pages ran out of ink

I enjoy ordering from inkfarm when I need ink. I order 2 of each color of ink for my Espson Printer. I tell all of Family and Friends about Inkfarm Inks. I am hoping and praying they are ordering there ink from you.

Not sure what is going on with these new cartridges... registered full then two days later told me I need to replace them. This happened with another order from Inkfarm in the past...barely used cartridges running out too quickly. Not happy because this latest order is like throwing money away. I will find somewhere else to buy my ink.

Ordered lots of ink to move overseas with us. So far two of the three black ink cartridges are defective and leak tons of ink all over the paper. Haven't tried the thirtd cartridge. I installed a cyan and magenta cartridge and they seem to work.

Used '2 day Free' Shipping offer. They shipped it an economy 4-7 day method.

On May 2, 2021 order 4950529 I ordered a 4 pack of the 822XL cartridges. The cartridges started plugging off slowly and no matter how many times I cleaned the heads, roller, nozzles, it continued to grow worse...I can get a couple pages to print after I clean but then it again plugs off. Right now I am sitting with a Epson WF 3820 that is totally unusable. I just received an order of Epson brand ink for this printer and my printer is back to working great. I am asking for a refund for this order in the amount of $82.99 and if you want the cartridges back to see what the problem is, please let me know.

I bought the Epson T767XL 5 pack. So far I have only replaced the black cartridge, It is leaking all over the place. Pages come out with large splotches of black ink and I also discovered black spots of ink on my cabinet (?) I am reluctant to try the other colors for fear the same thing will happen with the same result risking ruining my Epson All -in -One 4540 printer. I cannot fined my order number.
