excellent service I ordered a bundle the mug press was unavailable so I was offered a tumbler press with the mug element for no extra cost which has now enabled me to but the tumbler element to sublimate tumblers as I had the right press for this due to the change I am extremely happy with everything

Have used these chaps for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Always happy to help and their products are reasonably priced.

The company is great I’ve ordered before , I ordered the DTF and designing it I can’t fault they went above and beyond.
The product sadly didn’t deliver it looked red on the print but once pressed was more an orange colour.

I recently discovered Ink Experts while searching for a specific printer. Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and the care they took in packaging my order. Alex was amazing!! My printer wasn't set up correctly and so after working OK initially started playing up. I sent ink experts an email on Sunday and by Monday morning I had a reply. After I gave Alex a hard time, he wasn't phased and calmly and professionally walked me through setting the printer up correctly. I sheepishly apologised for my initial little outburst but Alex was very gracious about it. I did question whether the reviews were accurate, and I can confidently say they are! Highly recommended, I will not go anywhere else for my printing needs (I'm sure Alex will be happy to know this 😂)

Bought the versa & light paper and can't fault it, love the outcome of the prints. Always buy my sublimation paper from here, the team are very helpful too
