My first order for sublimation items with Ink Experts, usually opting for a cheaper brand. The difference between their supplies is indescribable. Super clear, vibrant prints on my mugs! The ink is great and very easy to convert my print into sublimation. The ICC profile was a free add on with the inks and is amazing! All instructions received were helpful, especially on the sub paper! Will be ordering again and are now my regular supplier! Can’t wait for some of their other bits to come into stock (heat presses etc). I also follow them on tik tok, look out for my posts where I’ll tag Ink Experts products in! @thecraftycactus

One of the best for customer service
I honestly cannot rate these highly enough. Their customer support is fantastic, in particular Alex and Christian. Every time I have a technical issue they help me fix it. I'm on my 3rd epson sublimation printer and they've helped me set it up with the colour profiles and everything I need.
When I had to swap to their premium paper Alex looked at my photos of printouts and gave me settings changes to make so I matched my previous prints so I didn't have to redo all my product photography. Then when I had issues with it not working again Alex looked at all my screenshots and got me working again that day, essential when you have customer delivery dates to meet!
I only wish they wouldn't go out of stock of things so often but that just goes to show how good they are for sublimation supplies!

Excellent customer support.
I bought Sublinova ink with a specific ICC profile for an Epson ET printer. For some reason the profile wasn’t working correctly and they were tireless in resolving the issue. Very helpful and very quick to respond to all my emails. Extremely happy with this company. Many thanks.

Amazing products, support and customer service
Amazing support and customer service from Alex at Ink Experts. I have been using this company for 4 years for my business & for there sublimation printers, heat presses & sublimation blanks. The quality of there products are the best and highly recommended, also the customer support is second to none, response time to my queries are always very quick and I always get my queries answered. I had an urgent printer issue this week which was during the busy Christmas season & Alex supported me all the way and resolved my issue which I am very grateful for. Excellent company!

they use fedex losers as couriers.
they use fedex losers as couriers.. waited in friday.. NOTHING.. had to wait in monday .. 7pm delivery.. left on my doorstep for anyone to steal !!! .. they state the van is out 9am.. yet then it's "till 10pm" they deliver.. sorry thats rubbish, when you are spending £300+ . thankfully it wasn't stolen.

Sorry to hear you're not happy with our choice of courier.
We do state in our delivery section the couriers used for the Express services;

During the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales delivery delays are common, and we made use of a pop up at the home page, and checkout to warn users about this.
We also put this warning in our delivery section of the website.
It is now common practice for couriers to automatically enrol customers in their "leave in a safe place" services.
Unless the customer opts out of this the courier is free to leave the item wherever they deem safe.
Unfortunately once an item leaves our warehouse delivery is completely out of our control, as is the judgement of your local delivery driver.
I hope they do better for you in the future.

Sorry to hear you're not happy with your ICC. Your ICC profile purchase and first purchase of ink was back in 2020, and everything seemed fine up until very recentlyover 5 years later.
It was only when you had left the ink to expire that you reported any issue, which was this year in October, and we have heard nothing after our last email on 06/10/25 attempting to help correct the problem you seemed to be having,
Our ink supplier has not changed, and any ink ordered from ourselves would be identical in formulation to ink ordered years ago.
Has the machine been adequately drained of the old ink in order to purge it from the system, and allow the new ink to sit on the head ready for printing? We're still happy to help with troubleshooting if you would like to reply to our last email.

My Ink Experts Review
I’ve been using Ink Experts for a couple of months now to print my DTF transfers, and I’ve been really impressed. The print quality is sharp and vibrant, and their delivery turnaround has been consistently quick. As someone still finding my feet in this creative journey, it’s reassuring to work with a company that delivers reliable results. When we were in the S**T they dug us out.
If I could give The Ink Expert guys 6 stars I would. We were just a couple of old Codgers starting out on our journey into sublimation. We have had problems along the way, and on every occasion Alex and his team have help us out. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When setting up my printer it wouldn't turn on so I contacted on Facebook and found great customer service and so helpful had the send an email and again received great customer service and quick to get everything sorted within 5 days I got a new printer

The guys at Printer inks just couldn't help enough. As a newbie, they helped me throughout the process. When I submitted the artwork I was worried it wouldn't turn out well but it was fabulous. Deep colours, crystal clear images and text and when transferred, the outcome was stunning. Thanks guys.
