Working with Patrick multiple times has been a great experience. The edible images came quickly and without incident. I like that he picks up the phone and calls to verify everything. It's nice to have that personal touch. He's very reliable and speaks with respect for the customer.
I did have an issue with color of one custom topper. It took a bit of hustle on my end, but they did end up reprinting and sending to me. I appreciated the acknowledgement of the color error and I am ordering again through them now.

I received my printer and ink today. When I went to place the ink cartridges in, it appears that the cartridge case may be defective. Steve was helpful in getting my ticket to the next level and still being friendly and efficient. He stated that he would make sure the items were expedited, as I have an order this Saturday and I cannot complete it without the printer.

I placed an order for an event, was told it would take a week to process but Patrick was nice enough to help me to get my order in time. Great customer service, can't wait to give out the cookies.

So, I was hasty in my last review so being the consummate consumer that I profess to be I need to resubmit my review. I was a bit disappointed at first however with the immediate feedback and expedient customer service I received I must give Inkedibles 5 stars! They reached out via email as well as a phone call to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. They also made sure to show me what I possibly needed based on what I explained to them! I truly appreciate great customer service these days for it is very rare! Thanks Inkedibles for taking my concerns seriously , and making sure I was satisfied! All it takes is great customer service to be a fantastic company, and they have given me just that, Great customer service! Warning- be prepared to pay a hefty price to return your merchandise, no it isn't like Amazon...you must incur the return price!
