What a great company. I had a lot of questions regarding the photos for my 2 1/2 inch cookie topper. Steve was incredibly patient and there was a lot of back-and-forth. The final product is amazing. They look great and they smell even better. I really appreciate Steve’s patience.

This was my first time using Inkedibles. I am so thrilled, I can't wait to use them again! I had a Wedding Cookie order for 6 dozen cookies with a Special logo and didnt want to draw them all by hand (like I usually do). So I researched the designed wafer papers and found Inkedibles. I called and spoke to Steve who was so knowledgable and went above and beyond to answer my questions. He helped place my order and guide me through the process, and they arrived within a week. It was so easy to use them and I love the final results. What a time saver! Thanks Steve!

I ordered a burn away topper for my first grandbaby paid the extra fee for them to tweak and fix things paid $21 bucks to receive it bent and wrong apparently you haft to buy top and bottom in order to get the right thing. Now with only days until gender reveal I’m out 21 bucks and no solution thanks for ruining the best moment for our family in a sea of darkness and sickness one more thing to add to the kick me when I’m down. If you purchase from them make sure you get all the facts because no one would answer me when I was purchasing it and so it got messed up just for me to message them for them to finally tell me that with less than 5 days to go. Good concept but not great customer experience. Won’t reshop here!!!!

We needed some logos to use as cake toppers for a work event and Patrick was incredibly helpful in expediting our order and making sure we had all of the delivery information. We were very happy with the level of service we received - AND the product. Highly recommend!

After emailing back and forth with someone we finally purchased the $2500 printer and after seeing the reviews and not getting responses to our questions want to cancel and have been unable to do so because we are not getting anyone to answer. Not to mention the 1800 number is bogus. This is an awful company and would not recommend doing business with them
