Overall the qualify of print was very satisfying. I worked directly with Robert Williams and he was an expert with great customer care skills. Only the shipping cost was a little bit too expensive specially if you are not bulk purchasing.

David Smith was very helpful, I will be buying the supplies soon.

Terrible product! I ordered a photo and they changed it entirely without communicating it to me. I cannot use my item and they said there was nothing they could do! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Update. They were able to give me a refund as like I stated, they did not communicate the changes prior to shipping.

I ordered personalized drink toppers in memory of my little brother that we recently loss, and when I say I loved how they came out, I mean it!!! The instructions recommended that you have foam at the top of your drink however we didn’t and the topper still had an lasting effect and went excellent with our decorations. Thank you again for helping bring our vision and memory alive❤️
