I give IWC 5 stars for the quality of the website and the pricing value. The website turned out better than I could have hoped, and I have gotten many compliments on how professional it is and how much people like it. The customer service during the design process was fantastic, and they were very responsive and accommodating to all of my requests for changes. I can't say enough wonderful things about the actual production of the website itself and the end product.

However, I had a couple issues that prevent me from leaving a 5-star review. 1) In the middle they began calling and emailing me regularly to urge me to purchase additional SEO services through them. I was not interested in these services and didn't love that they kept pushing this. 2) At the end I experienced difficulties in getting the admin rights so I could maintain my website independently. This had been agreed upon in the initial contract, and ultimately I was provided the necessary credentials, but it did require me to be firm and repeatedly make the request and cite the contract terms.

Another dissatisfied person. They lack morals, ingenuity, and client service ability. They are some smart shucks trying to pull the wool and not do honest work. The suck you in with some 999. Gimmick and quick approval.

What an awesome company!!! Jordon my Web designer did a fantastic job on my website and Oscar project manager was Amazing with me and very very patient!! we stayed in contact the whole time no issues with phone calls back we text back-and-forth. I am very very satisfied with this company and I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again five stars all the way if you need a new website design, I would highly highly recommend this company Bonnie Morgan with coastal paws and spa Milton, Florida
