Great products dodgy delivery.
My order arrived in good time and well packaged. Fortunately I retrieved it from the doorstep in short order as, despite the boxed being clearly labelled’THIS WAY UP’ it was left on its side. Luckily no leaks but it might have been different if the box had sat for longer.

Great so far!
So far, I have only used two products from everything that I have ordered, and I have to say that I am impressed. Good thing about Infinity Wax is, that the products are made in Scotland, quite near where I stay, so I would rather pay them, than some big companies. Keep the good work, guys! :)

Trying to contact customer service
Being a returning customer and trying to get a feel for the new products available i was a bit put off that there is no way to speak to anyone. There is a telephone number but it's never answered so, everything is email comms which is troublesome at best.

love the products, love the quick delivery but really should knock off points for poor condition of packages when received. This is clearly down to poor quality control at carrier point, but although we pay for delivery, it is you who are the customer to the carrier and as such should demand better service from them................. It can be done and should be done
