nFrom contacting In2gr8ted Solutions Ltd to request a home battery system to the unit being installed was hassle free with the team being mobilised with all the equipment necessary to complete the work. The installation team were professional, personable and expert in their work. When there was a minor technical issue around the communication with the unit they team ensured that the issue was resolved before leaving the property. I am very satisfied with the short amount of time that it took between contacting In2gra8ted Solutions to the final installation.

Efficiency of the office manager is a 5-star experience. On two occasions this year I’ve needed her help and her response has been instant, effective, and reliable. A real star.

Spoke to Julie about my problem and was very helpful,polite ,understanding,and has sorted things out. If I have any more problems just give her a call.

The install team were most professional getting over several hurdles to get the job done. The office gave most useful advice post install.

We had In2gr8ted Solutions install a Sigenergy SigenStor battery system with a full three-phase supply upgrade at our property. From the initial quote right through to installation, the team were responsive, professional and easy to deal with.

They turned up exactly when they said they would, worked in an organised and tidy manner throughout, and left the site clean on completion. The system was handed over clearly and thoroughly — we left knowing exactly how everything worked.
The system itself is running perfectly.

Comunication with the company representatives was honest, productive and on spot. Exceptional service, we had the system put in 8 years ago and two of the optimisers had stopped working, I contacted Peter who found confirmed the issue, checked my system and then under warranty ordered the replacements which were delivered to my house and then Julie arranged the fitters, who were very professional in all their work ( you wouldn’t get me on that roof),this was great after sales and they backup the system even after 8 years. You can rely on the buisness and the team working there. Thank you

Paul the owner was very good to deal with on the run up to placing the order - clear with what he was delivering and the time scale. Everything ran like clock work :)

In2gr8ted Solutions installed a ballasted solar PV system on the flat roofs of my dormer property in May 2022.

I chose the company after reviewing customer feedback and noting their stated affiliations with industry bodies including MCS and HIES.

The installation appeared to proceed without any immediate issues. However, in early 2025 we observed visible deflection in the roof areas beneath the solar panels. As a result, we commissioned an independent structural survey in March 2025.

According to the structural survey report, the roofs were assessed as unsuitable for a ballasted solar PV installation. The report recommended removal of the system and indicated that significant remedial works to both roofs may be required. An initial estimate for these works is approximately £50,000, excluding additional associated costs such as alternative accommodation, storage and redecoration.

On 21 March 2025 I submitted a formal complaint to In2gr8ted Solutions and also notified relevant industry bodies, including MCS, HIES, NAPIT and NICEIC.

Following its investigation, NAPIT informed me that the installation did not meet relevant MCS standards and recommended that the solar PV system be removed. Copies of relevant correspondence are retained.

In2gr8ted Solutions removed the solar panels on 8 September 2025.

The company does not currently accept responsibility for the remedial costs identified in the structural report and has indicated that the matter would need to be resolved through legal proceedings. The question of liability therefore remains in dispute.

As court proceedings are not currently an option for me due to the potential costs involved, the matter has been referred to the appropriate dispute resolution ombudsman and is ongoing.

Based on the structural survey findings and the outcomes of the complaints process to date, it is my personal view that if the relevant MCS standards had been followed at the time of installation, the system would probably not have been installed in this form and the subsequent issues with the roofs might have been avoided.

I hope the matter can be resolved and will update this review if further developments occur.

UPDATE 5th June 2026

The dispute resolution ombudsman have now given their decision on my case and requested In2gr8ted Solutions provide a full refund of the installed PV system (less 12% of the cost for the usage I did have). Plus compensation of £10k (the maximum they can award) due their negligence for not following MCS standards and the associated damages to my property

Although In2gr8ted solutions are aware of their liabilities and responsibilities they refuse to have a phone call to discuss collection of the already removed panels and the remaining parts of the PV system, or discuss payment of the refund and compensation totalling £19,327.16, and would rather handle this via email, which continues to show their level of customer service when difficult situations arise.

Update 16th June 2026

Despite the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman decision detailed in my original post,IN2GR8TED SOLUTIONS LTD continue to display the same lack of empathy as they have through out this process.

They now refuse to take phone calls to progress the situation and commented that my online activities are only delaying the matter. Below is an extract from an email received from In2gr8ted Solutions Managing Director…..

We aren't answering your calls so please stop ringing. Posting everything online is not doing you any favours !

I would suggest the opposite, holding those accountable for their actions and working to find a resolution, is a benefit of posting online and gives other consumers a true reflection of a business

This review reflects my personal experience as a customer and is based on documents in my possession including a structural survey report, formal complaint correspondence, communications with relevant industry bodies and a binding decision from the dispute resolution ombudsman. It is written in good faith and is intended to provide a fair and accurate account of events as I understand them.

I am willing to correct this review if any factual inaccuracies are identified.

The solar panel were fitted very neatly, after consultation with ourselves over positioning. And when they came back to fit the battery and inverters, again they consulted with us as to positioning and completed the job without any fuss. A job well done.

The guys who came to do the install were all so courteous when coming into my property. Dan, Alex, and Liam were all so polite and personable. They all did a smashing job, answered any questions that I asked with no judgement (I ask silly questions). The guys were also extremely mindful of my cats which was extremely important to me!
Julie handled my invoice, which I had a query about, she answered me so promptly and resolved the query in a matter of minutes.
I haven’t got a bad thing to say, honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Looking forward to getting all my paperwork and making some money from my energy!
