Absolutely useless car written off 8 weeks ago and still recieved nothing I swear they work along side enterprise rentals as they are quite happy for me to have the loan car ( which I said I didn’t want) prob charging the 3rd party around £100 a day no answer to emails no answer to the phone, promised updates I have recieved none RAC who insurance was with don’t want to know and keep referring me back to IMS I will never insure with a company who use IMS again

its a pity i had to give them 1 star, absolutely useless trying to get any sort of sense out of them is a waste of time, 8 weeks and still trying to get car sorted through no fault of mine. tried to complain to company who I took insurance out, but they just repeatedly told me these were dealing with it.
Please please try to avoid at all costs

After my car was written off in a no-fault accident, my Insurance company passed the claim over to this joke of a company.

Absolutely impossible to get through on the phone at any time of day, on hold for upto 50 minutes on several occasions only to get told that nothing had been done as they only chase up every 2 weeks!

E-mails don't get answered. They spent 10 weeks attempting to chase the wrong insurance company after I repeatedly gave them the correct details.

Then to put the icing on the cake, after almost 12 weeks they told me the case was too complicated for them to deal with, so they shut the claim down and referred me back to my insurance company - leaving me right back to square one - unbelievable.

If your are insured with Marker Study/Zenith/RAC I would advise to move away ASAP so you don't have the stress of having to deal with Incident Management Solutions.

The worst company I've ever dealt with to contact them. They unvalued the car massively. You have 2 days to respond to the offer.
I've spent 16 hours on hold in total and still never got through. Honestly it's insane. I will be reporting there practices to watch dog and trading standards.

This woefully incompetent company were tasked with getting my car repaired by Enterprise Car Rental, who in turn were authorised by Insure 2 Drive.
One of the worst experiences of my life.
Literally clueless.
Steer well clear unless you want nothing but frustration and disappointment.
P.S. They knowingly use a supposedly authorised Car Repairer (Rainbow Body Shop), that they freely admit are almost impossible to contact.

Very disappointed and angry with their service. After an accident which was not my fault. They concluded my car was a write off then first offered me £13850 which was £2000 less than the value and £1210 less than Buy buy any car would have given before the accident. After agreeing on £15535 they then sent me a cheque for £11357 without any agreement or correspondence with myself. Use another company. Currently on going process

I have to give a one star rating so I can write a review. Unfortunately not an option for a minus rating!

Insured with Hastings Direct, and they use this company. To be fair Hasting would get the same rating! They are just as useless!

I have been waiting now 4 weeks to get my car fixed. Non fault accident and other company have accepted liability. But this company can't seem to find a garage to repair my car. I found one within 10 minutes!!

They rejected the estimate wanting 12% as they referred my car to them!! Hang on did I not do that??

How it shows 2.5 stars is not realistic. This would suggest they are half decent relatively reliable company which from mine, and clearly others, experience they are not!!

They clearly are just in it for the money. Steer well clear!!

Absolutely disgusting company that shouldn’t be allowed to operate. They’re only after the money they make out of it!! What they say goes irrespective of you the insured customer, they massively undervalue the vehicle, will not answer any questions or requests. Any insurance companies using this bunch of cowboys should be avoided at all costs..it riles me just thinking about them

Its a pity one can't leave a zero star review for this outfit. From start to finish they disappoint. They sent me a PDF addressed to some randomly named person with a valuation that was (naturally) way below the market value. We all know why don't we? Its to ensure the dismantler maximises the profit on useable spares off the donor vehicle.
Thinking of ringing them?-Don't bother
Thinking of emailing them?-Don't bother
In either case it is pointless.
The lesson learnt is: Never insure with the cheapest insurer on price comparison sites-they are cheap for a reason.

Wrote my car off for a pathetic £2700 . Took no consideration in to the recent work Id done to the vehicle leaving me massively out of pocket. All this and I was 💯 blameless for the accident . Damage was. Minimal

Just a dreadful company to deal with. The garage they employed told me that the car would not be written off after a trivial 5 mph accident causing little more than paint damage. So I went and got it MOT'd costing me £345 to get it through. Then they went and wrote the car off. obviously I would not have MOT'd the car if I had not been told that it would not be written offf. No one would then take responsibility for this unnecessary expense caused by bad advice. Result I had to buy the car back and am now trying to sell it to get back the £345 invested in the MOT.

Quite aside from this they are impossible to get through to on the phone and very tardy in replying to emails. And yet They set very stringent timetables for replying to their emails that they themselves do not meet.

Companies like this should not exist they just create layers of unnecessary expense and leach on the insurance business. This is of course an extra expense that the punter has to pay for in the end through higher premiums.

Customer service is beyond bad. No one takes responsibility and everyone passes the buck. In short they are Unspeakably awful to deal with in every way. A disgrace. 2 months after my trivial accident I am still dealing with the chaos that they have created for me.

Poor service - not from all involved, I have to be honest my first interaction was good but downhill from then. Under value for my vehicle and then failed to make the full payment to me due to human error but will address it as a training issue. Proceeded to tell me after the first 2/3 payment received the hire car must go back within 3 days. They cannot tell me when I will receive the full amount due so I will be left without a car even though I have fully comprehensive insurance that provides for a car! The two members of staff today that had me on the call for 49 minutes were rude and clearly have no empathy or customer service skills. I would have been better letting the at fault party manage the claim, they may have had my best interests at heart. I asked to speak to the MD but this was refused so I will request subject access on the calls and although I have been promised a call back, I won't hold my breath!

If you are unfortunate to be forced to use this company by your insurance company then you are in for a rocky time. Very unhelpful customer service team who actually know nothing about the motor trade and have a couldn't care less about your claim, even if you suffered injuries in an accident that wasn't your fault. Actually trying to complain to them is even harder. Worst customer service I have ever come across
